“Good location, great service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

My family and I stayed here for two nights so we could visit Disney's Magic Kingdom. This hotel is very close to Disney and there are lots of restaurants on the same street. The guy who checked me in (Angel?) was very friendly and helpful. After checking out and driving home, we discovered our camera was missing. I phoned the hotel and the lady in housekeeping/lost and found (Linda?) was very friendly and helpful. The camera had been found, turned in, and was shipped to us. The hotel is not new, but it is clean. I have no complaints about our room. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It has two very spacious closets, a kitchenette, dining table with four chairs, and a sofabed. The kitchenette did have plates, cups, toaster, blender, coffee maker, eating utensils, one pan, and one pot. The stove is a two-burner electric stove. There is also a safe in the closet in the bedroom. Friendly staff, clean room!

Room Tip: We stayed on the fifth floor. We had a great view of the courtyard/pool, but no noise!

We just stayed here in June for 3 nights for 22 people and we ALL were very happy with the hotel and service. We were a little nervous because of some of the comments made on this site but we ended up very happy. The hotel is clean but a little outdated. The pool was great and the service from all the staff we encountered was excellent. The breakfast is OK, the food is kind of bland but it was good for breakfast. We had a very large group and they did a great job of making us feel special during our stay. If you are looking for a good budget hotel, this is the one!

This hotel is close to Disney. We drove daily and traffic was never a problem. There are numerous restaurants available nearby. The hotel is an older hotel and thus shows some wear. However, we just slept there. The pool area is really nice but noise from the pool can easily be heard in the rooms. Ask for a room on the 5th floor to be as far away from the pool noise as possible or bring a sound machine to drown it out.

Room Tip: Ask for a rom on the 5th floor away from the elevator. It will be quieter.

About five years ago my family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, unfortunately this was not the case for our return visit this year. There was mold in the bathroom shower, grime in all the crevices, rips in the carpet, roaches running around, dirty floors and carpets, overall the maintenance was deplorable. The staff made very little effort in correcting the problems or make us feel better of staying at their hotel. They even admitted to me that they are trying to avoid being shut down, in my opinion they are not doing a great job with that. Do not waste your time and money on this place, rooms are terrible and staff cares nothing about your experience there.

I’m sorry to hear that reviewer Mimi W left the Royale Parc Suites feeling extremely disappointed with our property and service. We try to make everyone’s stay memorable and it is disappointing to know this reviewer left dissatisfied. On behalf of our front office staff I’d like to apologize.I completely understand how frustrating a situation like that can be and I am truly sorry to hear that our team member handled it in such a manner to make you feel dissapointed. I understand your decision not to stay at the Royale Parc Suites again but we do hope that they’ll reconsider and give us another chance.

Various family members from out of town choose this hotel to stay while attending a cheerleading competition and the whole Disney/Universal experience. Like most hotel websites the pictures and descriptions always look great. The price also makes this place seem quite appealing...I guess seeing the rooms described as SUITES gives one the idea that their going to get a WOW EFFECT. Well the only WOW EFFECT you'll get is WOW this isn't a SUITE. I must say I was quite disappointed with the Royal Parc Suites. The rooms were that of what you'd expect from a low budget motel. I'm NEVER a fan of hotels with paper thin bath towels or sheer blinds that allow people to see into your room. They do have free wifi which I do always count as a plus. And although they do offer FREE breakfast I would advise you to walk across the street to Denny's because it's NOT worth standing in line for.

As we all know traveling to Florida for the amusement parks can be quite expensive and cutting back on lodging is always an option. The rooms here do have a kitchenette which allows you to cook your own meals. An okay pool with a nice bar (decent piña colada) and bar food (pizza, burgers, fries). It's located close to everything 7-Eleven right next door and a little amusement park down the block. If you plan on spending more time out & about and just running in the room to change and get a few zzzz's I'd say go for it. But if you really want to be COMFORTABLE while enjoying the Florida area this isn't the way to go. You can find Better Budget Spots in the area.

Room Tip: Try to not to get a room by the elevators being that people can see in the rooms they tend to look w...

The location of this hotel was great because it was about 5 min away from disney and universal studios! But, the cleanliness if the hotel was not good. When we entered the hotel room there were already used towels and one of the blankets we had on the bed had a stain. I wasn't even sure if the maids changed the sheets when they were cleaning the room. On the other hand, when you looked out into the pool it looked very nice...but there is a joker in the front of the hotel which kind of makes it look like a joke. If you just need a place to stay for the night I think it will be fine, but if you are spending time in this hotel from day to day you might want to change your mind.

The Royale Parc Suites is a great hotel. I had no problems during my stay. I stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was perfect for our two families. The pool is great. The kids had fun in the play room and on the playground. The adults loved the happy hour!!! The breakfast was great and the staff was great. I found nothing wrong with this hotel. I will definetely be back!!!! It's close to Old Town which has rides for the kids and different shops. Across the street from a supermarket and next to different restaurants. Great location. They also have shuttles to the different theme parks. Try it for yourself and you won't be dissatified.
