We have just returned from 2 weeks excellent stay at Royale Parc. Do NOT listen to the negative reviews of this hotel!! We have stayed in Orlando 6 times now and this Hotel is the best we have stayed in by far (and surprising the lowest rated!). The only complaint we have is that we had to leave to come home.
The suites are just as per the pictures on the website, very roomy, cool and with excellent facilities. Having a full sized fridge, dishwasher etc really helped. Having a separate bedroom, overlooking the back of the hotel, along with lovely linen, meant we got a full undisturbed sleep every night. From what I hear we didn’t have a fully renovated room, but this doesn’t change how impressed we were by the facilities we got.
We found that all the staff went far and beyond our expectations from reception, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance to the management. The girls behind the bar are brill and deserve gold stars for their Customer Service going far and beyond what I would image is their job descriptions (is it really their job to organise extra pool towels at 10.00 at night???), and how on earth do they remember what everyone drinks? we only had to order once during the whole 2 weeks!
Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful and if you do want a different choice every day I suggest you go to Denny’s or the other restaurants nearby and pay their prices – really what more can you expect for a complimentary breakfast! I am still amazed at how they make that amount of fresh scrambled eggs in one go.
We usually stay on International Drive but after our experience here we will never go back there again. Everything that you could need is on the doorstep, 5 mins from Disney, 2 minutes from Walgreens, Publix and really good restaurants (Logans is really good!), and 1 hotel away from Old Town Kissimmee.

The Royal Parc Suites overall was a good place to stay. The suites were clean, fresh towels were delivered every day, and the bathroom was clean which made our stay very pleasant. Room service cleaned every day and also washed the occasional dish, that was left, out which was very much appreciated. The beds were comfy with excellent pillows ( I almost took one home…) and the A/C worked wonderfully!
If your purpose for staying at the Royal Parc Suites is to visit Disney World than the location is great. It is only 5 minutes from DW and within walking distance to many eating establishments (mostly low priced buffets). We were never awake early enough to visit the breakfast bar nor did we ever get down to the restaurant so I have no opinion on either.
The only issues we had during our stay was one evening our toilet became plugged, but one call to the front desk and help was there in under 3 minutes. Also, the size of the room was great, but the bathroom was pretty small. It was a tight fit for 2 adults to be in the bathroom at the same time and me and my wife are not big people. Not a big deal, but just so you know. Unfortunately, the walls were pretty thin. There were a few occasions we could hear our neighbors “enjoying” their vacation which became quite old and it was easy to hear children running around upstairs (we were on the 4th floor). Not major issues but there it is. Besides that, it was a great place.
Lastly, if you are looking for a Resort environment, you may be disappointed. The open courtyard is cool, it has a bar, playground, pool and hot tub. It does gives the place a nice feel, but in the end you still know that you are at a hotel.
Overall is a good place to stay and I think you get a lot for your money. If you could afford more and expect a lot, you should stay at a resort but if you just want a place to rest your head after a long day than this is the perfect place for you.

Our entire experience with this property was great!! My daughter and I checked in on at 7:30pm on April 15th for a 7 night stay in a one bedroom suite. Check-in was speedy and professional, they had my “late checkout” noted for 2:00pm (I am a choice hotels rewards member). There were an abundance of luggage carts available outside the hotel; not just 1 or 2. I had some trouble maneuvering my cart so the security guard in the lobby helped us with the cart and even helped us bring our luggage and groceries into the room. There is a PUBLIX and Walgreen's across the street. The gift shop also carries emergency items. At no time did the concierge pressure us into a timeshare presentation. I think it’s because I was traveling alone so I didn’t “qualify” – this was a good thing.

The room was really nice. Clean, fresh and new. They had folded towels to resemble swans and placed one on each bed. There was also a ducky dish towel w/dish-washing detergent for the dishwasher in the kitchen. The closet space was more than I had seen available at other properties. The property has added closet organizers; which was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and lotion. I have no complaints about the water pressure or amount of hot water, it was always good. We did have a clogged drain in the shower but maintenance fixed it within 10 minutes of calling the front desk.

There are privacy curtains in the living room and bedrooms, they are kind of hidden behind the actual drapes; my daughter found them before I did. Bedding is all new and very comfortable. There are 3 very cushy pillows on each bed and the sheets were changed as requested every other day (I have allergies). We had an RCA flat screen in the bedroom and a Visio flat panel TV in the living room.

We only had breakfast one day (couldn’t pull ourselves out of the comfy beds early enough) but it was good with a nice selection. The café area was new and clean. We were on the 1st floor. Every morning I saw the maintenance crew clean the pool, bar and café area. The landscaping was very nice too. The pool was large and they always had clean towels for us to use. These are large towels 2 covered the lounge chairs. The bar was nice and open until midnight. They offered bud-bud-light and wine for free at their happy hour. I was a little disappointed, when we stayed at the Quality Suites and Hawthorne Suites on Canada Ave, they also offered bar poor (mixed drinks). Mixed drinks are a little pricey ($6.00 ea.). I can’t drink bud but this seams to be the “norm” in Orlando, it’s everywhere!! The bartenders were very nice and speedy with your order. They have a smoothie machine for daiquiris’ etc. which my daughter liked.

We used the hotel taxi service to get to/from Universal and while all taxis are pricey in Orlando it was typical price. They were right on-time and offered a small discount for a round trip. The hotel shuttles were luxury buses, very nice. Tip – they don’t take you to the individual parks, only the Magic Kingdom transportation center – you will need to plan accordingly. The latest trip back is 10:45pm.

We had a wonderful stay. We will go back when we return to Orlando unless I find some amazing deal somewhere else. The area was OK; we are used to International drive. My daughter missed her Fridays. I have no complaints about this property; we had a great time there.

“Loved Royale Parc Suites!”

Royale Parc Suites - a Quality Suites Hotel

We just returned from a vacation in Orlando. We stayed at Royale Parc Suites in Kissimmee. Let me tell you- this is THE best place we ever stayed for vacation as a family! We arrived on Saturday around 7:30. Check in was quick and easy. We did get asked (well, begged) by the concierge to sign up for a Condo tour in exchange for $70 cash; however, we stayed firm with our "No thank yous" and was left alone for the rest of the trip. Our room was a two bedroom suite on the bottom floor in room 123. We could walk out to the pool from our front door. We couldn't complain about the pool noise late at night, because we allowed our teens to stay out at the pool until closing at 11pm most nights. After all, they are on vacation, too! You can only hear outside noises from the living room, not the bedroooms, Each bedroom had two very comfortable beds, dresser, large closet, lots of room. The master bedrom also had flat screened TV, an in-room safe, and a bathroom. There was another bathroom off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, ccokwear, dishes, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and dishwashing soap. The living room has a pull out couch, flatscreen tv and a table with 4 chairs. There are also two barstools at the kitchen counter. Nice heating/airconditioning set up with separate controls in each bedroom and living room. The staff was awesome! The maid even washed our dishes. They only change sheets every 3 days. Not really a big deal since you are the only one sleeping in them! The pool is heated, which came in handy since the weather was colder than average (60-70s) Hot tub nice. Also noticed kiddie pool. The poolside towels were plenty. I've never seen anyone keep so many fresh towels stocked! Arcade near pool, as is the bar, and an outside eating area. The poolside bar was very tropical with friendly bartenders. We just loved Jenifer but both were great. We took advantage of the free beer, wine, soda at managers cocktail between 5-7pm. Never had to wait long before we got a refill. Often there was another one sitting there for you before you even asked! Breakfast was good and plentiful. coffee, tea, juices, milk, muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls. english muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, scrambeld eggs, sausage. No complaints from us! All in all, we definately will be returning to Florida adn will stay o where else but Royale Parc Suites in Kissimmee!

“Renovated?????”

All previous reviews of this property were pretty accurate. I found the hotel looks like the pics from the outside. It is difficult to find, had I not recieved a tip to look for a 7/11 I a may have missed it. It would be better to look for the Quality Suites sign, this sign is visible from the highway. The second day we were there we wanted to go to Disney to save $71 we agreed to listen to a 2 hour sales presentation. This presentation went from 2 hours to 4 hours and wasted most of our day. Once you say that you would like to think about, and since I wasn't prepared to write a check for $8, 000 the sales rep we were dealing brought in her manager who was nothing more that a fast talking salesman. At this point I was becoming very iritated, I told them all I do not make decisions such as these on a whim. They have an answer for that too, you pay $50 for the privilige of thinking about it. I finally told them I wasn't paying them anything to think about, if this deal was not available when I was ready then so be it. I say all of this to warn potentional guests unless you are really interested in a time share don't bother, pay the extra money to the parks.

The room was ok. The space was great for what we needed 2 adults and 2 children. We had a two bedroom suite. If you want a 2 bedroom with a t.v in each room make sure you go directly through the hotel and book a deluxe suite. I think calling this hotel newly renovated is a stretch. It is nice but nothing about it looked new. There is some updated bedding old appliances and T.V's. If you are at all clostrophobic these bathrooms will not work. Granted unless you are staying at a 5 star resort the bathrooms are no big deal anyway, but for some reason the ceilings are about 6 inchs lower than the rest of the room which makes them feel very closed in.

Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. The first day we were there the room wasn't touched until after 2pm. The next day the only thing we got were clean towels. The beds were not made and nothing else was done. I called to complain and got voice mail in housekeeping upon called the front desk I was informed that housekeeping had gone for the day. Further, the floor was not vaccumed and the tub was not cleaned. The ring my niece left in the tub the first night was still there when we checked out. Then housekeeping had the nerve to leave a tip envelope.

The grounds were lovely the pool is great having a heated pool was wonderful since it was not that warm when we were there.
The happy hour was fun it is a great place to meet other families.
The last day we were there we went out to find our rental full of what initially appeared to be a thick covering of dust, but turned out to be kids who were playing with fire extiguihers. The manager came out looked at our car and said he would see to it that we go a car wash( never happened).

If I had the same space requirements I might stay there again. It's difficult to deal with the housekeeping situation when you're not in the room all day and they have no one there in the evening to deal with your complaints.

The Royale Parc Suites is located on State Route 192, also known as Irlo Bronson Highway, a famous tourism boulevard just one mile from Disney’s main entrance. Many of our guests will use Mapquest to get specific driving directions to our location. You can also call the hotel direct or visit our official website for driving directions. The timeshare sales presentation that this guest agreed to attend does not take place at the Royale Parc Suites, but at a nearby timeshare resort the guest chose to visit while in Orlando. We have a professional, well-trained staff of over 100 employees dedicated to maintaining our resort in crisp condition. Our property completed a multi-million dollar redesign in December 2007 evoking all the quaint charm of New Orleans’ French Quarter to offer guests an upscale and memorable vacation experience. Guests benefit from the ideal location, newly designed one and two bedrooms suites, kitchenettes, luxurious bedding and bath appointments, French Quarter inspired furnishings in all suites, and a dramatic, five-story garden atrium courtyard accented by wrought iron railings. Our housekeeping department would like to apologize if our service did not meet your expectations on several days of your stay. Your feedback is invaluable in meeting and exceeding your expectations, and those of our future guests. We encourage guests to contact any member of our staff, or hotel management during your stay should you need additional amenities or if we overlooked anything. Royale Parc Suites has housekeeping team members on site from 8:30AM to 12 midnight, daily so even late evening requests can be handled.
