We liked our stay.The rooms were clean. Our group had three diferent rooms in two diferent buildings. We had no complants.The pools (3) were nice. The staf was excelent and very friendly. We had our car, so we found the location to be great, easy to find our way around. The value was also great. We would defenetly say here again!!
The bang for our buck was why I give it a 5!!!

stayed at the ho jo in april rooms were dirty and round the back of the complex.shower was broke.room felt unsafe asked to be moved to be told there was none available after 4 days came back at 6 in the evening to find we had been robbed they broke into the safe & took all money my wedding ring kids psps the hotel door was not forced.we were moved to another room that night as it was to late to do anything by the time tho police had been again this room was dirty and the sink was blocked .please dont stay there if you can help it

The best thing I can say for this hotel is that the staff was friendly. I mentioned that my ideal room would be facing the pools and two double beds, she went to her supervisor and... voila!

Plus, you get that friendly "is everything alright?" call you come to expect in most hotels in Orlando, but which is greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious, plenty of cable channels to choose from and an overall good value for the price we payed.

As far as the freebies go... somebody already mentioned the "Resort Fee". You have to pay for the "free" shuttle. And we weren't going to any of the major theme parks this time around, so.... we didn't even USE it!!! We got charged anyway.

The free "Continental Breakfast" offers Corn Flakes, apples and those little powdery doughnuts that are always stale (even when you buy them yourself in the supermarket). Orange Juice or Apple Juice, but no coffee (you can make some in your room but...)

Anyway... overall, it was an Ok hotel. But I don't care much for misleading advertisement.

We were booked into this hotel as part of a military tournament! I noticed on the first day that several of us where getting bitten by some bugs but we thought it was at the ball field. On the third day I met another family by the pool with similar bug bites. They informed me that they had just been moved from our building to a nicer part of the complex becuase they had bed bugs. Our whole group were sleeping with bed bugs and no one was told. We also found raches in therooms and dirty towels! We left 2 days early out of our trip becuase of this place! It ruined my trip to disney and I am never going back!
