Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this slum hole! If you like pubic hairs and bugs crawling on you and a little crap on your toilet seat plus a little puke on the floor then this is the place for you!! What a disgusting hole! Had 7 nights booked...got to hotel at 5:00pm and room was not even cleaned yet! When we finally got keys we went to the room and seen how disgusting it was and walked right back out! When we went back to front desk they did not even seemed the least bit surprised when we complained about the filth! My husband was itchy all might thinking about the bugs crawling!! BAD BAD BAD PLACE!!! DONT BOOK HERE!!

It took us over 30 minutes to check in. Once we got checked in, they didn't recognize the second room in our reservation and told us to come back in an hour for the other room. Once we got to the room, we did not have running water. Worst service I ever had.

Way too many bad things to list them all but here are a few. First room was not even ready and cigarette odor was too strong. Second room safe was not working. Third and final room shower was clogged and took them 5 days to fix even when i called the front desk every day to tell them. We were 4 and they always put only 3 towels in the room and took them 1 hr to get us the 4th towel every night. Had to get new keys almost every night. I know continental breakfast is not the same as a hot breakfast but i wouldn't dare to say mini muffins are much of a breakfast. No bagels, no bread, no nothing, just pastries and coffee. The list keeps going on as we booked 7 nights but by the 5th night we couldn't take it anymore and left the hotel. They reimbursed the last night but i feel like i lost 5 nights of my life here, even paying as low as we did. At least the staff was friendly....

Bugs, mold (and terrible smell!), general neglect, and erratic internet. Absentee slumlord does not respond, his employees on the ground are nice but absolutely helpless. I have checked at least six rooms - all are below any reasonable standard. Considering a legal action.

This is a tough review, because they are obviously just starting up, and there are many kinks to be ironed out. The rooms are newly renovated, attractive and clean. All staff were polite and pleasant. The king size bed had a queen size sheet, they ran out of washcloths, which with only 10 or 12 rooms occupied makes me wonder what they will do when they get busy. We tried and tried to get connected to the internet, with no success. BUT that could be an user error. LOL. The A/C units are efficient, but very loud. The mini fridge needs to be raised off the floor a bit, before they ruin their new carpet with the door dragging. The happy hour in the bar had excellent prices and an extremely likeable bar tender. What they are lacking are more customers and the bar hours are limited, only 5pm til ?? and closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Forget about the breakfast, for what you are paying just go across the street to Sizzlin or Denny's and don't whine. You can walk to old town and to a bunch of restaurants. Very close to Celebration, and an easy drive to Disney. All in all, I would stay here again, the prices were reasonable, staff delightful and location convenient. However if the Manager recommends a restaurant, Ask someone else. :-)

Room Tip: Room selection is currently limited to the rooms that have been renovated, but its back from the str...

This is a difficult place to rate because there are so many things wrong with the place but our Expedia rate was $42/night so this review is given with that in mind. The Roomba appears to have been a Days Inn in a previous life (sign at pool still says Days Inn). It has maybe 300 rooms but maybe only 30 were rented while we were there. The rooms and décor are old but serviceable. I had key problems and had to be switched to another room. It had a musty smell but I think that was mostly do to it sitting closed for a long time with AC off. After running the AC a few days it was much better. The carpet is old but appeared clean. The bath was sparking clean with decent clean towels but was missing a door knob so I had stuff tissue into the jamb to keep it from locking you in. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Linens not soft but very clean with older blanket. AC unit and the flat screen TV were new and worked great.

The pool and spa were sparking clean but heavily chlorinated. Apron was clean except for some cigarette butts (Smokers, ugh!). The pool area men's room was brand new (probably women's as well). The pool side bar was closed but looked ready to go after the holidays. It could be fun with more people but it was peaceful while I was there and I loved it.

Breakfast is coffee, wrapped pastry, instant oatmeal, and that's it. Staff did respond to all of my issues but there were so many I didn't even complain about the missing door knob. I would say you could do a lot worse but if you're picky and can't live with the issues you shouldn't stay here,

Room Tip: Maybe close to an elevator if you're on the third floor. Facing the pool if you have kids?

We stayed 4 nights for a trip to Disney World. The breakfast was a joke. The people only showed up 2 of the 4 days we were there. Hotel staff told us when we complained about breakfast (not a bad breakfast but none at all) that it really wasn't that good of a breakfast and we could make coffee in our room. When they did show up it was a few muffins and cereal and get it fast because there was a limited number. We laughed about the cold (frozen) muffins and warm milk and juice. We should have checked the shuttle service before we went. To Disney it only went to the Magic Kingdom and left at 10:30. If you wanted to get an early start tough luck. This cost us $15 a day for parking at Disney since we wanted to be there when they opened. Water also soaked some of our clothes and a computer when it rained. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Definitely would look for another hotel next time. Also, I really don't know what the resort fee was for but they charged us an additional $5.99 per day. Maybe it was for the warm juice.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.
