“One of our favorite nudist resorts”

We have been to Cypress Cove on several occasions. Stayed in the Villa, hotel room and brought our Motorhome as well. All accommodations are great. The rooms are clean and spacious. What we particularly like about Cypress Cove is that we can bring our own beverages and food to the pool area and not be forced to purchase these from the resort. That being said, though, we always do buy some drinks and food from Cheeks (pool bar). Their food and service is GREAT!
If you need a massage, book early. Tammy, the salon owner, is also a masseus. I get the best massages from her. As a tip, you can reserve your time by calling her in advance of your arrival. If you wait until you get there, many times are already booked.

Only negative comments would be the service at the Lakeside restaurant -- very slow, and the outdoor hot tub is way too hot!

This resort is the best. Of all the places I have visited in the past this one is by far the most relaxing, entertaining and enjoyable. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are always clean, and the guests are a lot of fun. I visited the resort 20 years ago and enjoyed it then, but for some reason things have taken me elsewhere. Now I must say, from here on out I will be returning to Cypress Cove for my getaways. The restraunt is without a doubt the best fine dinning in all of Florida. Once again, my hat is off to all the staff at the resort, what a wonderfully delightful group of people, they all make you feel like family.

We spent a week here in mid-April. This was our second week-long visit. The amenities here are great, from the pools and hot tubs to the courts and all else in between. The villa rooms are more than adequate and were quite comfortable. The food at the restaurants have improved since our last visit and was very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and always eager to help in any way. Other resorts in FL could learn a thing or two from the Cove about customer service and providing a great value.
We effectively saved 20% off the rates with the stay-6 nights, 7th night free and the AANR discount. This is a place where your vacation dollars go further.

We celebrated our birthday and anniversary here. Grounds are well cared for , the swimming pools where great , one of them wasn't heated due to the heater was broke and they are awaiting part. the hot tubs where very relaxing. Cheeks is a bar and place you can great food and opens at 11 am. they Also have Lakeside Restaurant that serves breakfast every day and are open for dinner except Tue and Wed .Loved it so I got us a membership so could enjoy more and we are only 1/2 hour away. This place is a gem. A Spa, which I highly recommend. You can even rent bicycles or golf cart but must use cash for that.

My wife and I visited our first nudist resort last weekend. Cypress Cove. We’ve really enjoyed the nude beach experience, but visiting Cypress Cove has added a whole new perspective to our relatively new naturalist endeavors.

We went on a Sunday and arrived late morning. A bit apprehensive, the apprehension began to shed off as early as the front gate. We would readily shed our closes about a half hour later. The lady at the gate was very pleasant and friendly. She was very welcoming and without her knowing she was making us feel special and comfortable from the very beginning.

The office was busy with people checking out but it gave us an opportunity to watch the way the staff interacted with the people waiting to be helped. I told my wife that for the first time I felt a little self-conscious wearing cloths and she felt the same way.

Once we signed in at the office another very friendly and inviting lady took us on a brief and informative tour. Again we felt self-conscious being clothed and wondering around the pools and other various places in the resort. We both got a kiss from a very nice lady at the salon… chocolate kiss, that is, as we joked about having my hair done (buffed). Well, I could go on and on about how at home we felt.

We took out a paddle boat around the lake. We sat by one of the pools and had our lunch. We spent time lying around and walking around, all in the buff. I’d like to fish next time. Others were fishing. I’m sure that this resort is not like other extravagant and expensive resorts. It doesn’t have the “polished brass” look, but is clean and inviting.

It was surreal to be nude all day. It was relaxing and enjoyable to experience the freedom of nudism. But, from our perspective what we enjoyed the most about Cypress Cove on our day visit, were friendly people. The people on staff and the patrons were the best asset that this resort has.

I fear that people will get bored by my several reviews of Cypress Cove. In short, as far as we are concerned, The Cove is so great we won't even look for another resort in FL. It's easy to get to, has a million things going on each day, has great staff, and they bend over backwards to be helpful and take care of your needs.

This time we stayed for 10 days. The weather was fantastic with rain only part of one day and sunny 80's the rest of the time. We played Petanque every day in the afternoon and walked the perimeter several times during our stay. Mostly we relaxed and let the tension of our work leave us and the relaxation wash over us. (we call it letting the air out of the balloon.) We went to another great show by the Cove Players. We found out they put over 100 hours of practice into this years program. The show with a never ending hot and cold buffet is only $24 per person including tip.

There are too many details to list that delighted us again this time. I do have to say that the Villa rooms are tired and in need of detail upgrades but we spent so little time in our room it was no big thing.

We're going back again!

Room Tip: Make sure you're happy with your room before you unpack.

If you are traveling in the Orlando area and are looking for a relaxing, friendly nudist resort to stay at, Cypress Cove is THE place. Friendly staff, fabulous accommodations, fun activities and great food; this resort has the amenities you look for in any well established and highly rated resort and spa. Massage therapists on had to help you unwind, jacuzzis, tennis courts, swimming pool, lake for boating, full service restaurant as well as a pool side cafe and grill. Having been in the nudist travel business over the last 20 plus year, i can tell you that Cypress Cove has remained consistent in service and high on my list of places to visit when I am in the area- for business or pleasure,

Welcome to Cypress Cove, Florida’s most beautiful clothes free resort. Since 1964, Cypress Cove has been the preferred location for nudist vacationers from around the world. Our nearly 300-acre facility includes a 50-acre lake, 130 acres of protected wetlands, 20 acres of recreation and even a residential community. Accommodations include 84 villa hotel rooms and apartments, and a modern campground/RV park.Cypress Cove features a large pool area with 2 heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs, a children's playground, clubhouse, game room, Silver Lining Massage, Figleaf Boutique, Nature Hair & Nail Salon and Body Works Gym. Dining and beverage options include the Lakeside Restaurant, Scuttlebutts Bar, and Cheeks Poolside Bar & Grill. We offer pedal boats, a canoe, and a kayak, all free to use on our beautiful private lake. Sports options include our sand volleyball court, 6 tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a 9 hole chip-n-putt golf course. There really is something for everyone. Our clientele is primarily made up of couples and families. Single males must qualify to visit (call ahead). All members of AANR or other nudist clubs or organizations are welcome.First time visitors to Cypress Cove discover that people come in all shapes and sizes and that, as far as our bodies are concerned, all of us have nothing to hide. Once you've socialized in the nude, you realize what an enormous impact what we wear has on who we are. Clothing can lock us into expected roles and behaviors, contributing to the tensions of daily life. You may use the lakefront to adjust at your own pace, letting the weather and comfort be your guide. Once you feel ready, take a dip in one of our heated swimming pools which are for our nude guests only. Our culture and values at Cypress Cove are based on very simple principles; we promote family oriented nudism, which should be wholesome and non-sexual. If you choose to visit Cypress Cove, you are accepting these core principles and agreeing to abide by them.We have great fun at our dances, but suggestive attire and/or dancing are not welcome. We appreciate a tender moment between two adults in love, but public displays of affection should be discreet and innocent. Adventures in the bedroom should always be kept private. Discussions of swinging and recruiting are definitely not welcome here. Our goal is to maintain a safe, non-threatening, non-sexual environment where our guests can truly relax and feel comfortable. If you agree, we hope to see you by the pool! ... more   less
