This was my fourth stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice with decent size beds, bathrooms clean, pool good. Within walking distance to a grocery store and a chain restaurant.

About the breakfast---they used to have a fairly good sized breakfast area. They've replaced a large part of that area with a bar. You do the math...where might their priorities be? Families going to the parks or college students? I guess the bar brings in more money and subsidizes the lower cost of the hotel. But, it was still too bad.
About the transportation to the parks: bring a car. Otherwise you may feel trapped. Their buses run a limited schedule and you won't be able to get back to the hotel during the day if you need to escape the park. (It is a relatively short drive to all the parks).

Full assessment: Nice hotel with a really good price. Use the money you've saved to rent a car.

Great Place to stay!! Located 2 miles from Disney..offers free shuttle to Disney!! Rooms are good size..2 queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa..fridge..microwave...huge bathroom!! Rooms are non smoking..but have outside entrances..We had a poolside room..which was perfect!. Pool is heated and has a hot tub... Good breakfast and there is a small lounge on the inside of lobby that offers sandwiches..pizza..drinks..etc. Large laundry area located on second floor..Over all we were extremely satisfied!!

This is one of several budget-priced options near, but not in, the Disney complex. I stayed there last week for two nights and have absolutely no regrets. The rooms were clean and good sized, the beds comfortable. We used the hot tub and it was nice. There was nothing truly special, but for the price, you are usually just hoping for no unpleasant surprises. There were none, and the only surprise was that it was better than most any other low-cost room I can remember.

Our 4th stay here over the past 7 years, but first since changing over to the "Clarion" name, and we found it just as clean and friendly and quiet, as it has been in the past. Rooms are nice and big and very clean, and we had great beds with a nice firm mattress. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, with a choice of several hot or cold items with plenty of extras. (bagels, toast, muffins,fruit, yogurt, etc.) And the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Great location to the parks and to other attractions.
The most important aspect of this hotel to us, was the all around cleanliness of every area of the hotel. We are still impressed with this hotel and will return for our 5th stay.
