We just completed our second stay at this hotel. I wanted to write another review because sometimes, a second stay isn't as nice as the first. That's not the case here.

If you're going to the Kissimmee area for any reason other than a mutli-day visit to the Disney World Resort exclusively, you can't do better than this hotel. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are absolutely spotless (no weird smells), the beds are great, the sheets are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and well kept, the rooms are large and comfortable, the pool is and hot tub are way above average, every room's a suite with a sitting area, fridge and microwave; the free breakfast always includes waffles and one hot item in addition to the usual continental fare, and the staff is helpful and gracious.

The one thing about this hotel I would mention is that all the mirrors in the room are in the bathroom. This may not seem weird, but if you're travelign with two teenagers who need time to primp, or you're sharing a room with a business associate, that may be inconvenient for you. And we weren't in town for Disney, so i can't really speak to the convenience of the shuttle because we didn't use it.

However, we arrived on the autotrain -- exhausted after traveling all night, and the front desk staff bent over backwards to get us in our room early on a holiday weekend when everything was full. The parking is free -- which is always a bonus for me, and the location is very convenient. Our conference as at a Disney Hotel and it was about 10 minutes away, so it's quite close. Plus, there are plenty of meal choices on the strip where the hotel is located, but despite the busy location, the hotel is set back from the road and is very quet. Like many Florida hotels, it does not have interior corridors, but we noticed very little noise. It might be noisier during the busy summer months.

The WIFi connection is free and works throughout the complex with no password needed.

And the entire property is Non-Smoking -- which I love.

I really don't have enough good things to say about this property, and am quite sad that our annual conference is changing cities next year and I have to start hunting a new hotel.

I just want everyone know the comfort Suites in kissimmee is the best .
We arived about 10:00 am on christmas morning hoping to catch the shuttle to disney. Not many hotels let you check in before 3:00.
To our surprise we were able to check in our room, have the breakfast buffet.
The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. so soft pillows...
We will always stay at Comfort Suites maingate east.
Old Town is next door for those who like to stay out late.
we live in Clearwater and kissimmee is not that far. but nice to find a great place to stay Enjoy The Shores family

We stayed here for one night with choice points while visiting Disneyworld- the other nights we stayed with other family members at the Doubletree suites. I would recommend this motel over that one - especially when price is considered. The room was very comfortable with nice decor. There were 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Also had a safe, small fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was quite large and had nice amenities. We had a pool view which was lovely. The only problem we had was when we turned the water on in the sink, there was a large leak under the counter - really large! We called the front desk and they had us moved in minutes.
The pool was great and our kids had a great time playing in it. The hot tub was nice but wasn't nearly hot enough - it was barely warm.
The location was great and we had no trouble getting to the DisneyMgm park the next day. We had a car and did not use the shuttle so can't comment on that.
The breakfast was fine although not memorable.
Overall, I thought it was an excellent bargain and would stay here again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel Nov 4-15. It was our 15th trip to Kissimmee and this hotel was the best so far.

- Fast, efficient check in
- Telephoned the hotel 1 month ahead to request a quiet room away from the pool - given one at the back of the hotel - # 248 -
and it was just what we wanted
- Room, grounds, pool immaculate
- Continental breakfast far superior to any other "free" breakfast we have ever had
- Tons of parking
- Outback, Giordano's, Friday's, Cracker Barrel, Carrabas, and Supermarket very close by - definitely within a comfortable strolling distance
- Express check out - bill in door morning of checkout - if ok, just sign, leave key cards in room and go
- Bathroom huge! Room a very good size
- Extensive channels available on TV
- Safe (no fee), fridge, microwave in room

Definitely will be our pick the next time we return. All this for $915
including taxes, for 11 nights

This is the second best Comfort Suites I ever stayed at, the best is by Old Town in Kissimmee just down the road from this one, the breakfast is good the room clean the pool big, all in all a very comfortable stay.
