At Caribe Cove, we take the security and comfort of our guests very seriously.

Our staff works diligently to follow the proper safety and security guidelines that our guests have come to expect at a quality, service-oriented resort.

Here, the guest advised our front desk staff that they key card to their guest villa was not working. In these cases, and especially during evening hours, our security personnel will accompany the guest to their unit, along with a new key card, to ensure that the guest is able to access their room--and further ensure that access to the room is properly given to a registered guest.

As you can appreciate, we must ensure that when access is given to a guest room, that the person seeking access is actually a registered guest, and that providing access would not result in a breach of security that may affect any other guest. We absolutely believe that the safety and comfort of all guests at Caribe Cove is a primary concern.

As such, our security personnel followed proper protocol and escorted the guest to their villa. This was done for the safety, comfort, and security of this guest and all others--and was absolutely not intended to upset this guest in any way.

To the contrary, most guests greatly appreciate the extra efforts of our security personnel, and take comfort in the fact that we are concerned and vigilant when it comes to looking after our valued guests.

Hospitality is our main focus, and we make every effort to ensure guest satisfaction. We consistently review our guest feedback, including the valuable reviews posted on TripAdvisor. We do this because we care a great deal about providing our guests with excellent customer service.
