Four of us stayed in a three bedroom, two bath condo. The condo was spacious and economy-class. The beds were a bit firm for me, but comfortable. Our unit needed some upkeep. The furnishings were nice, but knicked and scraped. The doors and walls were scuffed. The tile (in living, kitchen and dinning areas) and carpet (in bedrooms) was decent. The condo echoed due to a lack of area rugs though. The air conditioning was set at 78, which was hot - even to us south floridians - and although we attempted to override the programming, it never coolled off. The kitchen was large, but utensils were odd bits and pieces leftover (even the free cake server from Publix was there). Knives were not sharp and silverware was the absolute cheapest available. There was a blender and mixer, but no baking dishes or cookie sheets and only one mixing bowl. The lighting was insufficient - especially when three of the six track lighting flood lights blew out and the lightbulbs in the lamps were blown. Eight bath towels, two face towels and four washcloths were provided, but no bath mats. The three TVs were a bit small but cable included HBO. WiFi was free at the clubhouse. Sliding glass door to the rear patio didn't close. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was yellowed with age and the linen closet was falling apart. No hairdryer was provided, but there was an iron and ironing board.
Overall, great value for less than what a regular hotel room would cost. We had plenty of room to spread out. I would definately rent there again, so long as the price stays where it is.
