We had prepaid for our Condo through reserveorlando.com. They told us we had to at least stay 2 nights. We paid for our 2 nights in full. When we arrived at the condo they told us that there would be a charge of $65.00 for cleaning fee because we were only staying for 2 nights not 3. This was not mentioned to us when we booked the condo through other website. When we entered the condo it wasn't that bad. I did have a few issues. There was a tiny bottle of dish detergent, no paper towels, no dish cloth to wash dishes, no dishwasher detergent, no trash bags,( even though they wanted us to take the garbage out everyday,) no cleaning supplies, 1 roll of toilet paper, and even though they said ,"No Pets." the people upstairs had a dog that ran above us all night long keeping us awake. I would have rather stayed in a hotel and paid a little more to at least have the room cleaned everyday, clean sheets, bed made, and more than 1 roll of toilet paper!

After reading reviews on tripadvisor and seeing price for 6 people on Bookit.com , I thought this was too good to be true. I originally booked a 3 bedroom but called and said an additional person would be staying. Arrived and found out that 4pm checkin means 4PM. We were given a condo with 4 BR., but they were dark and dingy. Room needs to be gutted. Filthy, furniture was stained, chairs broken, lamps not working. This was unit 3161A. The kids complained because the brochure stated game room, there was none. Location is great. and there was no problem getting money back. Bookit .com got decent price on Sheraton but was in downtown orlando far away from park. Lost day waiting for checkin and getting new accomdations. Too good to be true. But didn't get to see other rooms that people had reviewed. I do have pictures but unavailable at this time.

I had my doubts right after I booked this through bookit.com as it seemed to good to be true. I had read some old reviews after I booked it and I almost cancelled the condo, boy am I glad I kept the reservation. I had booked a 2 bedroom and they gave us a 3 bedroom 3 bath and it was so clean. It is walking distance to the grocery store and it was nice to have breakfast at the condo before hitting the parks. It was my husband and I and our 2 children 5 and 13 and boy did they love it...so much space. I have even suggested this condo to my sister who is planning a trip to Orlando. Also, It has a washer and dryer so I got to pack clean clothes to come home with instead of a weeks worth of dirty laundry! We were minutes from all the Disney parks and very close to Sea world. We found it very easy to find all the parks from the condo...We had printed maps from map quest to each of the parks from the condo before our trip and we didn't really need the maps. It was nice to be able to go to a nice spacious condo halfway through the day and take a break and then go back to the parks.I would suggest this as it was a great value...We got all this space for half the price of staying in Disney but with twice the ammentities and the ability to come and go from the parks without waiting for a bus to pick us up . we saved so much money and had a huge condo with bedrooms for everyone and bathrooms which was nice when getting ready!

I booked Sunlake through bookit. com at a very reasonable price but had my worries since it was over the internet. When we arrived my worries were gone. This place was amazing. The condominium was a brand new 3 BR and 3 bath with a great living room area as well as an equipped kitchen. The beds were not a problem for anyone in our family and the kids even had their own because one BR had 2 twin beds with a kid themed bathroom. The closets were spacious but did not have any hangers but there was dresser drawer space so I didn't have a problem with this. Having a washer/dryer made coming home less stressful as I was able to do all of our laundry and repack before going back home. We did have to buy all household things like detergent, garbage bags, hand soap, etc. You are given one garbage bag and the bathrooms all have toilet paper upon arrival. After that, it is up to the renter to replenish. There is also no early check in for these condos which is different than most hotels. Check-out is also at 10 a.m. and charges are incurred if you don't make that time. However, the location from WDW was wonderful as it took us less than 20 minutes to get to the MK and even less time for the other parks. There was a Giordanos, Subway and TGIF within walking distance as well as a small supermarket. When we return for our next Disney vacation, I am hoping to once again stay at this complex.
