I had my doubts right after I booked this through bookit.com as it seemed to good to be true. I had read some old reviews after I booked it and I almost cancelled the condo, boy am I glad I kept the reservation. I had booked a 2 bedroom and they gave us a 3 bedroom 3 bath and it was so clean. It is walking distance to the grocery store and it was nice to have breakfast at the condo before hitting the parks. It was my husband and I and our 2 children 5 and 13 and boy did they love it...so much space. I have even suggested this condo to my sister who is planning a trip to Orlando. Also, It has a washer and dryer so I got to pack clean clothes to come home with instead of a weeks worth of dirty laundry! We were minutes from all the Disney parks and very close to Sea world. We found it very easy to find all the parks from the condo...We had printed maps from map quest to each of the parks from the condo before our trip and we didn't really need the maps. It was nice to be able to go to a nice spacious condo halfway through the day and take a break and then go back to the parks.I would suggest this as it was a great value...We got all this space for half the price of staying in Disney but with twice the ammentities and the ability to come and go from the parks without waiting for a bus to pick us up . we saved so much money and had a huge condo with bedrooms for everyone and bathrooms which was nice when getting ready!

I booked Sunlake through bookit. com at a very reasonable price but had my worries since it was over the internet. When we arrived my worries were gone. This place was amazing. The condominium was a brand new 3 BR and 3 bath with a great living room area as well as an equipped kitchen. The beds were not a problem for anyone in our family and the kids even had their own because one BR had 2 twin beds with a kid themed bathroom. The closets were spacious but did not have any hangers but there was dresser drawer space so I didn't have a problem with this. Having a washer/dryer made coming home less stressful as I was able to do all of our laundry and repack before going back home. We did have to buy all household things like detergent, garbage bags, hand soap, etc. You are given one garbage bag and the bathrooms all have toilet paper upon arrival. After that, it is up to the renter to replenish. There is also no early check in for these condos which is different than most hotels. Check-out is also at 10 a.m. and charges are incurred if you don't make that time. However, the location from WDW was wonderful as it took us less than 20 minutes to get to the MK and even less time for the other parks. There was a Giordanos, Subway and TGIF within walking distance as well as a small supermarket. When we return for our next Disney vacation, I am hoping to once again stay at this complex.

My first time in Disney was last yr on March 2007 and I stay in one of the famous hotel Disney Sport something HORRIBLE, Then I was searching for something better that would have a FULL kitchen because you do SAVE a lot of $$ (if you have KIDS) buying food outside, so I found SunLake I love the review's and PIC, so I call and made reservation for 4 DAYS, when I got to the place and I open the door the first thing that came out of my mouth was AWESOME the place was bigger than my house, I reserve for 2/2 and they had some special same price or a 3/2 so got it and I pay $106 per night, we even stay 2 extra Days.

You have a Publix where you can go a do shopping and make your own breakfast, dinner etc.

The only thing that I really did not like is that everything has carpet and I’m allergic to carpet I have asthma but that will not STOP me from going again.

I recommended the place to my best friend but she even got a better deal than my, she made reservation for SunLake but they gave her the Town houses “Oakwater Resort” whit garage and everything else.

Don’t think that I’m making all this up believed me if you go you will never for get the place.

When I got this room for $74 dollars a night I was skeptical. They even gave us an upgrade to a 3 bed 3 bath. When we arrived all I can say is we were amazed!!! This place is huge with everything you need including washer and dryer room. The decor was great and my wife who is into interior decorating thought very highly of the way the place was designed and decorated.

The master bed room came equipped with a Jet Spa tub and a HUGE walk in closet. The 3 bathrooms worked perfect as no one had to share a bathroom. There was 2 living spaces and a 10 inch flat panel TV.

The only bad thing I can say is the beds were a bit tough but everything else made up for that.

Just think for only $74 dollars a night I rented a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious condo right next to Disney. I could not have stayed in a Quality inn or Holiday inn for that. This was by far the best deal I have ever had in renting in the Orlando Area and I go there a lot.

I will go back hopefully I can get the place at a low rate again but trust me this place will cost you a pretty big penny in the future.
