This is the 2nd time that I used Sherri's company for a place to stay in Florida. I had the most enjoyable, relaxing, and comfortable vacation and didn't want to come back to Philly. The best thing to me is that exactly on July 1st, I became sick and didn't start to feel better until July 6th. My vacation was from June 28 to July 3rd, so you can understand why I would say I still had a good time even with being sick. The best thing about being sick is I was able to relax in my villa for the last 3 days of my vacation and didn't have to worry about laying in an uncomfortable bed or a faulty air conditioner. Everything was working properly and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to sleep away an entire day without constantly tossing and turning. When we arrived the villa was clean and accommodated the amount of people I reserved it to sleep. There were extra sheets and towels for the beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with working appliances and clean dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer was accessible in the villa and we were able to use it without an additional cost. I could write a long review about the villa, but I won't. The most important part of my experience is having access to the rental agent Sherri Chaisse. She made the whole rental process easy and affordable. I definitely am looking forward to using her services again in the future.

We rented a 6 bedroom vacation home (Mickey's Magical Palace) from Florida Paradise Villas for a one week.vacation. We took our 2 daughters, their husbands, and 3 grandchildren to Disneyland, Acquatica, and Sea World. The children were 3 to 5 years old. The vacation could not have been better and I believe this house was a major reason for the success of our vacation.
This was our first vacation in a vacation home and it was so much better than a hotel. We had space, privacy from each other, also a comfortable place to be together, many convenient and inexpensive meals, were close to all the attractions including first class golf, grocery stores, and excellent resturants. The kids and adults could relax away from the crowds by swimmming in our private pool, playing in the community parks, or swimming in the community pool.
The house was very clean and fully eqquiped.
I must mention, as other reviewers have, that arranging the rental, obtainimg information, and getting advice about the area was very easy because of Sherri. Working with Sheri was great!!

The condo was awesome & so clean - the amenities were easily available close to everything. The pool & clubhouse were amazing - clean too!
Sherri Chasse was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns especially because it was my children's first plane trip & Florida visit - they are still talking about it - she did absolutely everything for us!!
The grounds were amazing too!

I started planning our trip to WDW in Feb. '08 for Christmas thru New Year's. With 4 adults, 3 kids in our party staying on property wsa going to be a huge expense. Then I found FPV on ebay. Sherri was very helpful! We got a 4 BR/3BA in Seven Dwarfs. It was roomy enough for us, clean and very close to WDW. Sherri even helped us get a van at a terrific rate.

There was a pool on property, but we never used it. The security was great, kitchen was just right for breakfasts (there were no baking sheets to do a frozen pizza, etc. but that was probably an oversight), and everything was as promised.

I would say that there was only 1 roll of TP for each bath, we had to buy extra. We left if for the next guest (who wants to fly with rolls of TP?) and hopefully housekeeping left it there.

Overall, a great place. We would use FPV again.
