We have just returned from a week stay in the featured home - The house was fabulous - location couldn't have been better - and the pictures didn't do it justice!!!!! The home was clean, well prepared for us, there were maps to help us out, contact numbers, and anything else we may have needed for the week. Grocery stores, shopping just a few minutes down the street - lots of restaurants to be found - but the house itself was well equiped so if you don't want a night out - the kitchen had the basics to prepare a meal. We rented the BBQ - great idea - especially for those nights when you don't want to go out - or when you come back from the parks and the teenagers are hungary!!!! It was great just coming back to the house - enjoying the pool side and hot tub after a 12 hour day in the park!!!! The kids loved playing pool in the garage as well - it was a great place for them to have some alone bonding time. Each morning was freshly squeezed orange juice and a swim!!!! Neighbourhood was gated so you feel safe, the area itself is clean and extremely well maintained, there is a safety fence and extra gating around the pool if you have little ones - Can't rave enough about the property - Then there's Sherri - wow - what an organized person she is - she could answer any questions in a prompt, and friendly fashion - and she took any uncertainty we had away. Thank you Sherri - you made our first of many stays very very relaxing and comfortable................

The house we rented was perfect!!! Less than the price of a hotel, close to parks, and our own pool. We were able to take our Yorkie and our 4 daughters had their own beds and only the two younger ones had to share a room. We had a problem with the pool heat and after a phone call someone was there is less than 30 minutes. It was very clean and neat!!!! It had a walking path and a pond in a nice neighborhood. The stores were close by. It was much more comfortable than a hotel. I was worried about not staying on the resort but this was nicer, quieter and more peaceful. Days at the parks were enough and when we got to the house we could totally relax. We loved it and Sherri made our stay easy with all her help. She even called to check on us to see if we needed anything. Great Experience and we will stay with them again!!!!!

The Good....
First of all, the reservation service was fantastic, especially Sherri Chasse. Very helpful and able to get the extra day when we needed it last minute. Thanks again!
Hotel facilities are lovely and new. Upscale standards means we were as happy & comfortable in the condo as we are in our own house. Close to DW, shopping & restaurants. 2 pools - main pool has shallow area perfect for toddlers.
The Bad....
Directions on website are missing important pieces of info once you get into Orlando. Needless to say we got lost & had a panic attack when the directions led us to a toll road leading away from Orlando. We had to stop at another hotel and use the phone book to look up their phone #, then telephone front desk for correct directions. Not fun after a 7 hour drive in the minivan with 3 excited children.
Website also said rooms have Internet connection - ours did not. My husband brought his laptop for the very purpose of sending a few work related emails. We contacted the front desk who did not seem to know what he was talking about and did not offer any solution except to use their business facility which was 4 buildings away and not too convenient.
The Ugly....
A battery failure in one of the condo smoke detectors caused the alarms to go off at 7:20 a.m. They were excruciatingly loud (good to know in the event of an actual fire). All in all, a very scary way to wake up. The front desk hung up (accidentally I assume) on me twice but once I got through and told them the problem, they sent someone to shut it off fairly quickly.
Quick tip....
Be sure to check the alcoholic drink prices at the poolside bar before ordering!!! Outrageously expensive!!!

We have just returned from a fantastic family vacation which was totally planned and booked by Sherri Chasse. She planned and assisted us with every aspect of this trip with the patience of a saint and the capacity of a true professional !! She is a truly a compassionate person who genuinely goes above and beyond to satisfy her customer. I not only would do business with Sherri again but would refer to her with every trip I possibly can for advice and tips! She is such a pleasure to work with that I intend to keep in touch with her on a regular basis :)
