This is a very nice, clean, quiet place set back off the hustle and bustle of Route 192. We booked a one bedroom through RCI as a last minute deal and were generally pleased with High Point.
We had unit 810, upstairs in the rear of the facility and it was very quiet. The unit was very clean, but the furniture was dated and there was limited lighting in the living room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are few amenities--there is a swiming pool and spa and free use of one computer in the office to get on the internet. The real plus is the close proximity to Disney and the fact that you can enter Disney by using Sherberth Road, just west of High Point off Route 192. There are many dining options on 192, as well as a Publix Supermarket, 2 miles to the west.

My wife and I exchanged on the last minute due to business however, we are owner of that property but it been more than 20 years that we have stayed there and it like all things when time pass- you- by, it need some UPGRADING although, the flexibility of time share are the best and affordable. Would I stay there again YES!

I exchanged my week to use this resort.

It was ok, there's nothing really to complain about and there was nothing glowing about it.

The grounds were nice, it was easy to get to and get around. The condo was nicely decorated, though it would have been really nice to have a laundry in the unit. Does on really need 3 bathrooms??

The staff were friendly and I never got a sale spitch, which i appreciated. they even rused my check-out due to me having to leave early to get back home, cutting my vacation by 3 days.

I did see bunch of staff cleaning the grounds and washing the outside of the condos.

I don't know if I'll stay here again, but t was nice.

We were there for a week. We like its location. It was close to Disney parks that we visited. It is also close to restaurants.

Our 2BR unit was clean. Rooms were spacious.

Staff was helpful with information.

We felt that we got good value for what we paid.

The unit could use more lighting in the dinning room and living room area. It is a minor complain.

    • Liked — location, large sized bedrooms, good clean rooms.
    • Disliked — small swimming pool, but we did not swim.

We read the reviews on tripadvisor before we decided to book and the info was very useful.
We had a one-bedroom Ambassador suite and with 2 children, we thought it would be small. It wasnt! The suite was spacious, it accommodated us comfortably, and it was clean. Maid service is available but at a cost.
At the Reception, nothing was too much trouble and they were always ready to give advice. The kitchen area has all the utensils you need and anything else you can get at reception. There are laundry facilities at reception too.
The settee doubles up as a bed, which is where we put the children. Outside there is tennis and basketball courts, an assault course and a long jogging lane. Sorry, I didnt test it out!
There are shops and restaurants locally that are geared up for tourism and are reflected in the prices, not that we minded. If you have a car, there is a Wal-Mart on Highway 27 and other better value shops in Orange Blossom. All the Disney and MGM resorts are all nearby along the Interstate 4. You only need to pay $1.50 in tolls from the airport. There is great shopping if you are prepared to look.
If you want to come back to a clean relaxing environment after a hard day queuing and running around a Disney resort, I recommend High Point.
