Being raised in Rhode Island around Portuguese people and Portuguese restaurants, this place doesn't even come close. First we ordered the shrimp appetizer which was not bad, for the entrée my wife ordered the bacallau com natas (creamy cod fish) it was awful not creamy, on the menu states creamy cod fish so you assume that it will be creamy nothing like that. Now my selection was the shrimp chef style, which was the same thing as the appetizer (same sauce) but this one came with about 10 fries and a little rice what a shame. My father in-law ordered the very well known Portuguese steak with the egg on top, which was good but uses basically the same sauce as the shrimp, my mother in-law ordered the carne pork alentejana again the same sauce. No salad available, not even the famous Portuguese caldo verde a staple at any Portuguese restaurant. the menu is very limited octopus was not available (another surprise) I actually felt bad for our waiter, because every time we asked for something he would go check) he was very attentive to our needs and always refilling our soft drinks. Now its dessert time, the espresso was very good so was the cappuccino the flan was so small I actually thought it was a sample and if we liked it he would bring the really flan, I'm sorry for $3.95 I got a lot more at a restaurant inside Disney. The table cloths which you always find at a Portuguese restaurant were stained the wall décor is awful. Not your usual Portuguese restaurant that you will find up north (Rhode Island & Massachusetts) The cook came to the dining room wearing jeans, again you wont see this up north. Safe your money.
