“Awesome Stay! Great Hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

The great reviews for this place caught my eye so I went ahead and booked. We were not disappointed!! We stayed in a two bedroom condo with full kitchen, living room, two full baths, and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. It was perfect for our family of four. Even had a pull out couch for an extra person or two, if needed. The condo was extremely clean and they kept it clean all week. Like a hotel, our beds were made every day, the floors were kept clean, the bathrooms were washed, AND THEY DID MY DISHES EVERY DAY!! What a treat that was! We will absolutely stay here every time we come back to Orlando. (It's also within 10 miles of just about everything). Also, the restaurant is very good. They make everything fresh, right down to homemade pasta and sauces. You can even be served by the pool if you wish. Price cannot be beat for this place!

I first found this hotel on groupon. After reading all the great reviews we booked a stay in June. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for 2 nights for a Disney trip. I cannot say how nice this place really is! When arriving we missed the turn because they have a super cool putt putt place next to the entrance that distracted us lol. First thing I noticed when pulling is the GORGEOUS landscape. It is perfect! The hotel has a gate to enter so you must give your name. Entering the lobby it is beautifully decorated and has a view to the pool. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant which was delish! The kids loved the Mickey pancakes! The pool is very clean and has nice seating areas. There are 2 hot tubs and the pool also has a boardwalk that leads to the units. It also has a relaxing gazebo over the water with ducks and a fountain. The boardwalk is lit up at night so it is very pretty. There are alot of tree and beautiful landscape. When entering our unit it felt like a home away from home. It is 2 story with a living area downstairs that opens up to the kitchen. A full bath downstairs and balcony viewing the lake. Very private and relaxing. Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms with a full bath in between. The beds are so comfortable! It is VERY VERY clean! We have already booked to stay here again in December. We make frequent trips to Disney and although the Disney hotels are great they are way overpriced, You cannot beat the price and quality of this hotel. It is very close to the parks, shopping and dining. We will never stay anywhere else but at the Best Western Premier Villas when traveling to Orlando!!!

After spending so many nights in properties that promise so much and don't deliver, it is a pleasure to find a property that exceeds expectations and then some. We chose this property solely on the advise of other travelers here on TA, and they were absolutely correct. ARRIVAL: The property is about 20-minutes from the airport and located on busy 192 in Kissimmee. The only difference is that the property is cleverly hidden off 192 away from the relentless traffic and mayhem. The driveway into the property is near the local Congo River Mini Golf Course, and is somewhat tough to find, but nonetheless the driveway winds away back from 192 where you find a security gate and an extremely friendly employee/security guard who asked my name, welcomed us and introduced himself and radio transmitted our arrival to the front desk just inside the gate. The front desk employee welcomed us by name, handed us our room cards and explained the amenities and resort fees ($12-day) and directed us to our room (more like a condo) in Group "L" unit 2889. Parking was plentiful and the grounds and units were impeccably clean from the outside. VILLA: Upon entering, we were impressed by the first floor combination of a bathroom to the left and a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishware and silverware to the left down the hall, a dining area and a living room with sleeper sofa and chair with a big screen TV. The sliding glass door led to a patio with table and chairs with a great view of the lake, fountain and gazebo/ walkways that are throughout the property. UPSTAIRS: Master with a King and flat screen overlooking the pond and fountains, with a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds and another flat-screen overlooking the front of the property. The bathroom was in the middle with separate area for the shower and sink. OVERALL: There are NO negatives about this property. It is so relaxing and well-run, I can only see the only problem you may have are loud or unruly neighbors. We spent 9-night here and have nothing but accolades. There is also a family of ducks and a few stray small alligators that provide entertainment. The best part is coming back to your room after a hot, sweaty day in the local parks to an air conditioned room set at 72-degrees and a pool for a quick swim. Bravo BWPSRV, we will be back!

Room Tip: Group "L" backs up to the lake, gazebo, and fountain. 2889 and 2891 are nice 2/2 villas an...

My daughter and I met my brother and his family for a vacation in Disney area. We went back and forth over hotels and motels trying to keep cost to down. After reading reviewes and more reviews we decide on this one. The hotel is well kept. The rooms were good sized and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a sofa sleeper for the 5 of us. What was even better the 3 TV's LOL. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware glasses and silverware pots and bowls and cooking spoons, dishcloths, dish soap and dishwasher soap. I do have one complaint we needed a bigger coffee pot!! There was just that small one that most hotel rooms have. We were always making more pots of coffee. They did leave those usual packs of coffee you find at most places also. I had brought my own coffee and filters not knowing what to except in this resort. It is also right next to a super Target is you need supplies of goodies. The hotel is very convient to the parks but a bit away from the busiests areas. It was really quiet there. We did go look at the pool one night but we were too tired to enjoy it and it is Mickey Mouse shaped. We had maid service every day and it was always clean afterward. I can't say enough about our stay there

We stayed here for our trip to Disney in May. We normally stay on Disney property but we had an extra traveler with us and needed 2 bedrooms this time. I found an unbelievable deal on Expedia for I won't even tell you how much because you'd be so jealous! I was excited to read the reviews ahead of time that were postivive one after another, but was still not sure what to expect. I can tell you firsthand now, expect the best, because it is! I would literally buy a villa here if they were for sale. Beautiful grounds, easy parking, the apartment, I call it, was bigger than I imagined and was so well laid out and so super clean and new looking. Everything all the other reviews say is true so I won't repeat but I would stay here again anytime anyday. We saw an alligator cruise up the middle of the waterway late at night one night, that was exciting, but don't go swimming except for in the pool! It was a bit like a mini-nature preserve, with the ducks, lizards, racoons, alligator, and cow type creature on the other side of the fence near Target. We drove to Disney so quick and easy and even took a taxi back one night from Downtown which was about $20. We also loved the Congo River Golf right next door, we checked it out our last night and good thing, we almost missed it and it was so cool. We held alligators and fed them off fishing poles, too fun! We shopped at Target and cooked in the kitchen which had plates, mugs, glasses, spoons, a strainer, some cookware etc...pretty much anything you'd need to get by for a week. Dishsoap, Dishwasher soap and trash bags were all provided daily in the kitchen. The few times we ran out in the morning and left a mess, housekeeping even washed our dishes in the dishwasher which was awesome! The only minor thing which was frustrating was that our key cards stopped working several times and we had to drive back to the front desk and re-activate them (once at 1am, blah). We were told they are aware of the problem and are in the process of replacing door locks so I'm sure it will be taken care of soon. Overall though there is nothing to complain about. This place is so well maintained and convienient to everything. You will love it and We WILL be back!

Room Tip: I don't think it matters, they all looked great!

My daughter and I traveled to Florida on business. We stayed in the two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath villa which was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were three televisions in the villa, one in the living room and one In each bedroom. The grounds were very well kept, the pool was very refreshing and clean. There is also a playground area for children. The resort is located on a main strip ~ there is a mini golf place next door, as well as grocery stores, gift shops, etc. Even though the resort is on a main road, it is set back enough that you don't hear the traffic. There is a computer room to which guests have access...my daughter was able to print out some documentation that she needed. The staff was very nice and we would not hesitate to stay at the Best Western in the future!!

Room Tip: We were in building M which is out in back of the complex...very quiet!
