“Great Place!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

Magic Tree is an older resort, but very clean and well kept!

Kitchen is fully stocked. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pool was clean and warm. Close to Disney without the high price to stay there. Would definitely go back!

I expected nicer, based on website photos...our room was an end unit so we didn't have good natural light.
we were close to laundry though.
kitchen was good,I wished for some cleaning products as there was no cleaning all week(trash and clean towels are not daily maid service to me)
Pool was nice
Fitness center OK
Staff very friendly,great location.

This was our fourth stay at the Magic Tree Resort and seems to get better with each visit. Rooms appeared to be better kept and updated since our last stay in 2011. The landscaping has been updated too and is a pleasant addition to the resort. The location, as always, is ideal for a Walt Disney World vacation. And there are many restaurants, gift shops, and shopping choices close by. I would highly recommend this resort to any family with children, as the rooms are spacious and the living areas are more than adequate. We stayed for 10 days and did not have one thing to complain about during our time there. Looking forward to our next visit to the resort.

Room Tip: Try not to stay at the back of the resort because of spotty wireless service.

My wife and I spent a week at Magic Tree thanks to mom and RCI. To start off the front-desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quite fast. When we got there the Ottawa Senators game was on in the "owners lounge" just off the lobby so instantly I liked the place.

We had a real nice one bedroom suite with a view of the hottub and pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances appeared to be quite new. The king size bed was a little firm but doable. Overall the suite exceeded our expectations. Mu only complaint was that the cable-tv channel lineup was poor.

We were at Magic Tree during a quiet week so it was very relaxing and there was no problem having our choice of loungers by the pool.

Magic Tree is just off Irlo Bronson which has all the services you would need except banks! We had to drive for several miles and to a different town to find a functioning ATM. The resort is very close to Disney and Interstate 4 if you want to go into Orlando or go to Tampa.

Can hardly wait to go back and we may buy a timeshare there - there are lots for sale on-line.

Room Tip: If you have a choice I would ask for a first floor room facing the pool.

I can't speak highly enough of The Magic Tree! We have visited Orlando many times and stayed in a number of locations all of which I might add have been excellent. But this surpasses them all! From the minute you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff. The accommodation is absolutely superb we could not fault it!Delightfully furnished with everything you need to be self sufficient. The whole resort is kept immaculately clean with attractive Pool area and all you need with bar-b-ques in locations around the gardens. There are all manner of activities available to satisfy all needs. The Resort is in a quiet location but perfectly positioned for access to I 4 Highway to visit Universal attractions and even closer to Disney World Drive which gives you access to all Disney Parks! Highly Recommended.Oh,and it wasn't expensive either!!

I already had high hopes with this resort having seen lots of good reports and only a few not so good ones! My husband and I were certainly not disappointed! Booked in for a weekend (you have to stay for 2 nights or more to stay here), we got there late but so long as you let them know, they make it easy to still get to your room with no hassle and allow you to book in the next morning. Having stayed at big resorts before, this hotel is like a 'mini' resort, not a bad thing at all; far more homely than the big ones. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was modern, plenty big enough and could easily have slept 2 more with the king sized sofa bed in the other room. The kitchen had everything we needed should we have wanted to cook. Everything was nicely laid out in all the rooms and set up to be very welcoming including origami towels! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space for your things, enough hangers for your clothes, the bathroom had everything you needed, the shower water was hot and everything was absolutely spotless; no bugs or dirt anywhere within any of the rooms. The only thing we noticed was that the bathroom extractor fan appeared to be blowing in rather than extracting out! But we notified the desk on checkout. We did not need to use any outside amenities but from what we saw, they all looked good, plenty to do and the hotel even does a movie night! The pool was clean and inviting. The resort is very easy to get to and only 10 mins away from Epcot and 20 mins from Universal (depending on traffic of course) All in all, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Maybe, I am partial because this is our home Resort. But, Magic Tree is truly one of our favorites. They have upgraded all of the suites, and have done an outstanding job. They continue to upgrade the grounds with exciting plans for the pool area. Friendly and caring staff. Great location to the area theme parks, Disney about 10 minutes away,Kennedy Space Center about an hour away. The pool and hot tub are great after a day at the parks. Many restaurants very close. We always look forward to our week at our home away from home.

Room Tip: You can see Disney fireworks from Building 200.
