Cypress Palms far exceeded our expectations, especially at $79 a night! We had a first floor 1 bedroom suite which included a full kitchen, washer and dryer, large living area with sofa bed, comfortable king size bed and 2 TV's and a screened porch! The bathroom had a separate shower, 2 sinks and a wonderful jacuzzi. The resort is beautifully landscaped and there are two pools, hot tubs and a walking path around a small lake. There were plenty of places nearby to shop and eat, not to mention that Disney was just down the road.

We were invited to participate in the timeshare presentation which ended up being a grueling 2 1/2 hours for $70 cash. If you do decide to attend be prepared to be bombarded by some very nice folks who do not like to hear the word "no". However, if you tell them "no" often enough they eventually come up with a pretty good deal (which, of course, we aren't supposed to tell anyone about!).

Overall, it is a great place to visit and we wish we could have stayed longer.

After read all the reviews here, I decided to book a week stay of 2-bedroom suite. My major concerns were 1. cleaness 2. service hours 3.location.

It turned to be very nice. It is very clean, 24 hours front desk service, and location is super. Last time I stayed in the down town disney. This loacation is better than that one, i would say. Close to seaworld and disney. There are a lot of other attractiveness nearby(with in 1-3 miles) such as mini-golf, show dinner, good restaurants. Within walking distance(5 mins), there are UNO, CVS, Chill's, a grill house, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and gife shops.

The jacuzza in the master bedroom is a plus too. They have heated swimming pools(2) and you can borrow the swimming tube if you like.

Don't visit the sea food buffet resaurant cross the street,(sorry I forgot the name, the price is somthing like $29.99) Their seafood is not even fresh. Not worthy.

I will highly recommend this one to all the visitors who want to have a nice hotel with reasonable price.

Just got back from a 9 night stay at Cypress Palms and it was great. We thought that this place was new but the brochure said it opened in 1995. Everything was well cared for and clean. We had a one bedroom delux unit which was very large and it had everything we needed: full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TVs, VCR, CD system, pull out queen size sofa bed, separate shower and even a whirlpool tub. We were on the first floor and had a screened-in patio with a couple of chairs and a small table. The view was of the gardens and other buildings which was nice if not spectacular. Everything looked nice so it was no problem. The pools were warm and the grounds were well kept. They have an activity building with planned activities but we didn't partake. We were invited to a timeshare talk but declined and never heard another word about it. If I was going to buy this would be the place. We've stayed at 4 or 5 other properties in the last few years but this was the best. It's off 192 just enough to be really quiet but within walking distance of 5 or 6 restaurants, a pharmacy and some t-shsirt shops. It's close ( within 5 min. ) to LBV outlet mall, SuperTarget, Sams Club, Walmart etc. Disney is only about 10 min. away and that's counting the traffic. We booked through Extra Holidays for $79. per night with every 4th night free so we really only paid for 7 of the 9 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Hello, We were amazed with all the amenities at This Fairfield. We booked with Fun For Life for an amazing $550 /week and that included a 1 year membership with FFL, Can't wait to check out more.
