We have just returned from our 3 night stay and we loved it, the pools and mini golf were a lot of fun and we ahd a hard time convincing our 3 and 5 year old to leave and go to the parks. The breakfast was well stocked and had a large selectio. The staff was very friendly. I have stayed at 6 hotels in Orlando, some with higher star ratings, but this is the first one I have wanted to go back to. The only bad thing was there was a funky smell in the room it wasn't overbearing and we only noticed it when we first opened the door.

I have very mixed feelings on this hotel.
We asked for an early check-in and they made it happen.
The carpeting in the room had a huge stain that had been there for ages and was started to come loose in places. The carpeting needs replaced.
We rented a King suite and the bed was very comfortable. The sofa beds the kids slept on would not work for a teenager and up as the mattress was quite thin.
Overall the rooms were clean. The maid did an excellent job and made an extra effort to add those nice touches.
We returned back to our room around midnight to find a maintenance man in the hallway and a ladder and then heard vacumn cleaner in the next room about fifteen minutes later. That was odd since I thought the room had been empty. The next morning we woke to a dog yapping in the room on the other side of us. This went on for about thirty minutes.
The pools were clean and are open until 11 which makes it possible to take a swim after a day at the parks.
We took the shuttle one day to Disney and it ran about 10 minutes late on the pick-up.

Stayed over the Forth of July weekend. Mostly chose this hotel for the zero depth entry pool with slides for kids, and free mini golf.
And also the poolside tiki bar for the adults. All open until 11pm. None were disappointed with these amenities. Also had a nice large hot tub with strong jets. The pool area was like a resort pool area, but not at the terrific proce we got. Free breakfast was good. It was kept well stocked, had a variety and kids loved the sausages. Staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for room on top floor on the side to view Disney firework- very nice. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and good carpet cleaning. Housekeeping did a good job. One negative thing (which I don't know how they can fix now) is the walls are very thin. If I knew how to speak spanish, I could have told you everything my neighbor and his wife were talking about. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good deal, with free breakfast and a great pool, this is it.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and convenient for families. The gradual entry pools were excellent for our 3 and 1 year olds. We ate at their poolside bar for lunch - relaxing environment with very good, hearty portions. Free breakfast was more than adequate. Front desk staff was very helpful. We will stay here again if/when we visit Disney in the future!! Couldn't have been more pleased.
