Our group consisted of 6 adults, 2 teenagers (16) and 3 children (7, 6 & 2). Our rental house was a great option for our size group and was beautiful. We had 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 couches.

Our beds were horrible, very old, worn and uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress were practically sticking out and very squeaky every time you moved. Towels were provided but not nearly enough, only 8 towels, 4 washclothes, zero hand towels for bathrooms and 2 kitchen hand towels in the entire house. So we had to wash them everyday. Bedding and pillows were only what was on the beds, no extras. Dishwasher and laundy soaps had to be provided by us.

We were renting for 6 days, Sat late until Thur late. We could not get a specific house until we arrived to check in. Check in policy, they say, is that they do not know what is open until you arrive and they will assign you to a open house then?? We requested the Disney area...we couldn't get much farther from it. However, it was a very nice neighborhood. Requested to have our pool heated, they recommended that we do not. They said it was not worth it ($200.00) unless you stay longer then 7 days because it takes 2 days to heat up. So we ended up with a ice cold pool and no game room, apparently, there wasn't any houses with game rooms open. I find that very hard to believe with the amount of houses they rent (hundreds, maybe thousands).

Check out day... we called to ask if we could have a late check out since we did not leave until late thursday evening. They were very unwilling to work with us still, but they would see if that was available and call me back. Thank goodness they didn't have anyone scheduled to come in (refer back to check in policy, ??) but it would be a $75.00 fee and I had to drive to there office to pay it before they would allow it.

All said and done, I would rent another house, but not with this company. Would definitley need things to keep the kids busy in the house.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at a 4 bedroom house booked through Elite Vacations in Kissimee Florida. We were about 15 minutes away from the Disney parks. The house was very clean (seemed nearly new) in a quiet neighborhood and was fully furnished with cookware, all major appliances (including a VISIO flat screen TV and DVD player.) The swimming pool area was very clean as well, and we paid for the pool heating as the evenings were still cool. The heat worked well and was well worth the $. The was very large and was a nice break from hectic days at Disney. The staff was very helpful through the reservations and check in/out process.
