“Fair for the cost”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013 via mobile

Stayed 4 nights with my familly, we where a party of nine. When checked in rooms where given next to each other but noticed that the airconditioner was not working properly, I advised the staff changed room with out any hassel. Sheats had a funny smell and the towels barely dried us. The hotel is out dated and you can see spider webs on all hallway lights. The area was good. Alot of fastfoods and restaurants on the strip. Oh lets not forget they charge 25 cents for ice.. So change does bills before going up to your room.

When we walked into this room i was not impressed, i had an image of what the room was suppose to look like from all the pictures and you tube videos on line. First of all the safe they adverstise to protect your valuables didn't work in any room we were told, the phone system was down so you couldn't even call down to the front lobby, the walls were dirty and the carpets, we didn't dare walk barefoot on it. The remote was broken, but the fridge and microwave did work. The one saving grace for us was that there was a free shuttle to the parks. The pool advertised didn't look like the pool we saw, not clean and looked smaller... I will never stay there again, will spend the extra money for a cleaner well maintained room in the future.

I'm not so pretentious with the hotel if I'm looking for prices more than quality or amenities, I don't care about conference room, golf course or 4 restaurants in the hotel. I use to go to Kissimmee to be close to the Disney parks, and don't spend so much time in the hotel room, if you have done it before, you know you leave the hotel early in the morning and come back late at night, tired and ready to sleep enough to go early to the park the next day, so you don't even know the hotel, just your room, the pool, the time for the park shuttle and some restaurants near the hotel or a walgreens for pain killers, toothbrush or something you forgot.

The room was clean, not new, but clean, the basic amenities was there, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a decent bathroom, TV, WiFi, and a quiet place to sleep. that is enough for me for that price, so, yes I recommend this hotel to anybody with common sense. It save you money and if you go with your family, it save you a lot.

Room Tip: You gonna be 7 hours a day, 5 or 6 sleeping so tired that you'll not notice nothing else than th...

Stayed in early April 2013 and was by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. When we arrived, the room smelled mouldy and damp and the first thing I noticed was all the rust on the furniture and stove and cobwebs on the windows.

We were incredibly tired from our flight so thought we could overlook these things by airing out the room a little - also decided that since we weren't there for very long and could just deal with it, rather than booking into another hotel.

BIG mistake. By the second night the smell was gone but then I noticed a dead cockroach on the carpet and then another dead one in the sink. By the third night, we saw another three baby cockroaches dead in the fridge and another one scuttling around on the stove top.

To top it all off, my partner found another one crawling around in the bed covers - while I was sleeping in it!

Completely furious about the service and quality of this hotel and will NEVER go back again. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Been here twice so it must have been good the first time but what has changed is that they do not do breakfast anymore. Probably due to the downturn in the economy but we knew this so that's ok. The room safe I was told do not work in any rooms but when I tried it it did work so i used it but i banged the door shut one day and it would not work after this so i guess they dont and am glad that my belongings were not inside at the time. not sure what is going on there. We stayed for 2 weeks and sheets were not changed. Towels changed every day. Cleaner watches the tv as when we got back after a hard day at the theme parks volume was always high then we spotted a cleaner watching the tv in someone else's room. They don't clean the rooms that well as when we left I checked to see if we had left any thing in the room as you do and found a pack of playing cards in between the bed and the bedside table that had obviously been there for more than 2 weeks as they Were not ours. Iron did not work either. The only good thing is its location for a variety of restaurants and gift shops and close to parks. Price is cheap. Service poor. But you pay for what you get I suppose. We had adjoining room and neighbours at the other side who were loud. Who wakes up at 5 am and talks solid for 4 hours? Staff are friendly.

Room Tip: Get a room on the first or second floor as I heard the guy on reception say that the pizza delivery...

Hotel was advertised as having an in room microwave and fridge. We had neither. We also didn't have a coffee maker and were told we could rent one from the front desk. Shower curtain was riddled with holes. Vents were caked with dust. Beds were somewhat comfy. It is a safe site and if u are looking for a value hotel this is it. Just dont expect much and don't forget your quarters for the ice machine.

The rooms are small and cramped, although the room had a "quick" tidy up everyday and the beds made, but next to and under beds have never seen a Hoover never mind day light. the bathroom was grubby, tiles miss-aligned and rusty nails holding on skirting board. when you have a six year old exploring the room its not hygienic. she found a cockroach as big as 1.5 inches and screamed the place down,I killed it and took it to the manager told him the circumstances and the answer i got was, "if you see another one we will change rooms for you", and the shuttle bus was an old scabby city bus ok it got you there but on the return the times they gave you were not accurate (give or take 5 - 10 mins) but when it arrived it told you if to get on the bus or wait for the next one. 1st bus was 8.45 2nd was 10.05 after that tough make your own way back. The air conditioning made a racket all night and people having party's didn't help, The plus side is most people are very helpful and friendly. will never use this hotel again.
