This is an awesome place to stay with a group. We spent 5 nights in January & the weather was perfect. Tranquility bay is a perfect name for this quiet resort. We will return. Well worth the money!

My friends took a 5 night vacation to celebrate our birthdays and friendship. Tranquillity Bay turned out to be the perfect spot for us. Our Villa was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient.
Two of the staff were exceptionaily good. Jay Gonzalez and Horlang Blanco were really wonderful. Theye took exceptionaily good care of us. Any little problem we had was taken care of immediately. They made our stay there completely carefree and totally enjoyable.

Beautiful, well kept and quiet. Need I say more? Our party was very fortunate to get a 2 bedroom condo after a horrible experience at the Lime Tree Bay Resort in Long Key. After deciding the place in Long Key was unacceptable for a 3 minute stay let alone 3 nights we got online.
Tranquility Bay had one condo that would accommodate us for 3 nights. We immediately took it and headed 20 miles south. Upon entering the resort we see the landscaping is immaculate and the condos look brand new even though the resort opened in 2004 I believe.
We enter the suite and it is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. There was even a stacked washer and dryer along with 2 boxes of detergent. The kitchen had beautiful granite counter tops and it was fully functional.
We used the fitness room every day during our stay.
The views from the beach and the pools were gorgeous.
I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place in the Keys.

We stayed here in January. The resort was beautifully landscaped and very quiet. We didn't have our kids with us on this trip. It was almost too quiet. It is right next door to the Turtle Hospital which is a must visit. Cost was about $15.

One complaint that we had with this resort is there is no food or drinks around the pool or beach area. I understand their need for cleanliness but my husband and I are grown adults and do clean up after ourselves. So that was a bummer we took our drinks down but felt like teenagers trying to hide and drink. They did have an adult only pool which I'm sure is nice to have at the peak travel season. The resort was not crowded at all when we were there.

The condos are really nice and decorated nice not too much and not to bright or over the top. They do provide beach towels for your use. There is plenty of room for a family to move around without being on top of each other. I loved the 2 floors it felt like an apartment.

We both enjoyed the decks to sit on and relax. It had a deck off the back and off the master bedroom with furniture to sit on.

This condo was at least an hour drive from Key West. Marathon is a quiet island compared to Key West. I was nice to stay in the quiet area and visit the busy island.
