The food when it arrived was amazing some of the best barbaque we ever had. Severs were eastern european? very nice but didnt move real fast. We found the constant parade of Snorkle Boat patrons trapsing through the restaurant to use the rest room very annoying. Had to ask for the check and then was asked it we saved room for desert...if i ask for the check i dont usually order desert after I close the check.

Decent food. I had fried catfish and it was average, my wife had red snapper sandwich that was over cooked, live entertainment was a nice touch, wait staff was a little slow and there wasn't a lot of business to have such a long wait for the bill. But in saying that, for what it was, decent food, decent prices I would go back, my wife would not.

I've had bad baby backs in my day, but these were by far the worst I've ever had. They were dry as dirt and tough as shoe leather. They tried to mask their badness by slathering them with bbq sauce, but it didn't help one bit. The sweet potato fries were no better -- half raw and not fried. The only halfway decent part of the meal were the black beans. The waitress was unsympathetic about the poor quality of the food. This place raves about how great their ribs are. What nerve! they also claim to be Zagat rated, though mine is the first review. As for decor, it's shacklike, if you're into that kind of thing.

Porky's catered some food for us for our anniversary reception on June 15th. Not only were the people we delt with wonderful, but the food was OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD!

They put on a great combination of pork, beef, chicken, and sides for a great price and the taste was great! We can't wait to be back in the Keys to have some more Porky's!
