Like a previous reviewer, we booked for just two nights, thinking we would then move to Key West. Well after going to Key West for the day, we decided to stay another two nights at Blue Waters. Yes, the place is old-style 50's, but our unit# 16 was quite spacious and very clean, despite the worn appliances and woodwork, and the price was reasonable compared to what was being charged in Key West. The pool is great, tables around the grounds for dining or just relaxing. The large wooden chairs at the waters edge were a great spot to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico or watch the pelicans. We would happily stay here again if our travels take us back to Marathon.
