We had been down to Key West and broke our trip back to Miami by staying here for two nights. The place is a delight as soon as you turn into the entrance. Beautiful landscaping and a very tranquil atmosphere. Security guard called reception to ensure someone waiting to direct us. Reception area is beautiful, with lovely views out to the ocean. Very efficient process and a lovely glass of champagne (with refills offered as well!). The room we were offered was an upgrade - actually a suite - immaculately decorated - quiet location - beautiful bathroom and separate kitchen area. Stunning.
Good choice of restaurants - the Italian restaurant Limoncello we thought was particularly good value and we enjoyed a delicious meal there, with excellent service.
The whole area at the front of the hotel was beautifully laid out with a lovely pool, shady areas, and the pier.
Lots of activities were included in the resort fee - we enjoyed playing a round of golf.
Breakfast was buffet style - fine.
We would definitely return - a lovely relaxing stay.
