The service was pretty bad, especially in the restaurants and the spa.
We could not get and keep the attention of the hostess, waitress and others who were busy standing around.
The spa desk people were not helpful and made my wife walk outside after a workout so that she could come back inside to freshenup.
We did not like the pools with too loud bad music that did not fit the atmosphere.
The place has lost its past appeal.
