They have a lot of nerve charging $120 a night for this place. If we could have found another room the second day, we would have left. It was run down and dumpy. The bathroom fixtures were loose. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Loose tiles on the floor. The room was so small you couldn't walk around the bed. The TV remote didn't work the first night and when we told them the next day that the batteries were dead, we never got it back. At checkin they said they had "complimentary coffee" in the room. Well they had a coffeemaker, but nothing else. When we went to the office to ask for it, they gave us coffee but didn't have cream or sugar. They bill themselves as waterfront, which is somewhat true, but they are at the end of a mucky canal. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors entire conversations. Glad all they were doing was talking at 7:30 am. Won't make this mistake again.
