We ate at Outback twice during our stay in the Keys. Our first evening we had steaks and they were perfect. Service was excellent. On the second visit we had dinner outside by the beach. We had Ahi Tuna with Wasabi appetizers, excellent. The entree was lobster. It was perfectly prepared. The service and the atmosphere were excellent.

The food is ok but not up to par with most Outbacks we have tried. I never send food back, but had to send my steak back because it was so under done. The servers reminded us of "surfer dudes" because of their slow casual approach to everrrryyyythiiiinnng. We decided this was part of the local charm and we'll leave it at that.

We had read previous comments on Trip Advisor but decided to go anyway as we were staying at the Hampton Suites on the 5th of October and did not want to drive anywhere at night.
The service from out waiter was excellent,food was good, hot ,well presented and the steaks were cooked as requested , we had no complaints about anything. Yes we would go back.

You will, absolutely, die of thirst before you ever see your wait staff for a refill. And that's if you don't die of hunger before they get around to taking your order. We ate there 3 times (only because it was close and we were hungry) and each time, with 3 different servers, it was horrible! And if you see them zipping by and dare to try to flag them down, you can see the attitude in their eyes and good luck EVER seeing them again. We learned quickly to go to the bar to get our own refills since they sure weren't going to be done by our wait staff. Ridiculous.
