We had read previous comments on Trip Advisor but decided to go anyway as we were staying at the Hampton Suites on the 5th of October and did not want to drive anywhere at night.
The service from out waiter was excellent,food was good, hot ,well presented and the steaks were cooked as requested , we had no complaints about anything. Yes we would go back.

You will, absolutely, die of thirst before you ever see your wait staff for a refill. And that's if you don't die of hunger before they get around to taking your order. We ate there 3 times (only because it was close and we were hungry) and each time, with 3 different servers, it was horrible! And if you see them zipping by and dare to try to flag them down, you can see the attitude in their eyes and good luck EVER seeing them again. We learned quickly to go to the bar to get our own refills since they sure weren't going to be done by our wait staff. Ridiculous.

Eat at Outback all the time but this one was very below average. Food just not that good and not very hot either. Service just okay. Place smelled funny, not the good food-cooking smell you usually get at Outback. Won't return.

I was suprised at how fast we got to sit down and the waiter was great... I thought the food was more than enough. I could barely eat even half of the meal. The waiter was great with conversation and inforamation about the area. I am sure I will return back when I head back from key west. I really enjoyed the atmosphere... When I was reading the other messages on this post I was shocked to see such negative feedback... I guess I must have arrived on a good day. Well it was the best place I have ever stopped. It really added to my travel experience and the drinks were the best I have ever tried.
