I really cannot understand the buzz generated for this place. Ordered the Bratwurst Sandwich. Instead of receiving a nicely grilled brat (Hey chef! Are you familiar with the concept of caramelization?) it had the appearance and texture of being boiled. A sandwich of this type needs a roll with some structure, not the wimpy supermarket style "hot dog" roll that they serve. With kraut the whole thing turns into a gloppy mess before you can finish. Come on, this isn't rocket science. Just culinary common sense.
