We met Michel and Sylvie early in 2012, but hope to know them for a very long time. My husband and I have spent the last dozen years, coming to the Keys several times a year. This year, we made it a bit more permanent with the purchase of a boat in Islamorada. So, whenever we are in town, we often have breakfast or lunch at Bitton. The crepes are so delightful and very generously portioned. The owners and their staff - very accomodating. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. AND...if you come back later in the day - Michel's handmade gelato is a MUST. As a person who has experienced European gelatarias (sp?), I can tell you he makes a very good product. The Keys needed this restaurant...and this charming couple - Do not miss!
