Leave your schedule behind when you check in to the Coral Bay, one of the last remaining authentic Keys hideaways and a favorite of our family whenever we visit Nana. In the mornings, my son and I walk up to the tidal pool to feed the parrot fish and play on the beach with our cousins while Dad sleeps in. On warm afternoons, we go exploring the turquoise waters of Florida Bay on the edge of the Everglades by boat if we’re in the mood for an adventure. But we’re just as happy swimming in the pool, reading a book on our front porch, or fishing without ever leaving the resort. Evenings are our favorite time when all of our family and friends meet back together for sunset on the dock.

The Coral Bay is a peaceful retreat with lots of Old Keys charm. We love the homey cottages nestled on several acres of mature palm and flamboyant trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea that have grown up over decades instead of overnight. The Middle Keys is also rich with history and small pleasures like Robbie’s where you can eat breakfast, feed a school of giant tarpon off the dock and sign up for an eco-tour, scuba diving or fishing trip. But in the end, what we always take away with us from our great stay is the kind spirit of our hosts Vicki, Shane and Melissa.

Simply the best family vacation we have had. My husband and I have 4 children and I can honestly say we couldn't have found a better place to vacation for 2 weeks. The sunset on their sandy beach is amazing to say the least. The staff was great as well as the grounds. Our kids spent hours playing in the sand, paddleboating and swimming in the pool absolutely fantastic. I recommend Coral Bay Resort to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing vacation in paradise!!!!

This is the 4th year in a row we have been to The Coral Bay Resort and as usual it was fantastic. The rooms were perfect, the staff very courteous and helpful. Very quiet and calm around the pool or on the beach. I've snorkelled in several locations over the years and you can see just as many fish right there off the peer as you can on most tours. Actually there are a few tours that carry you to a spot just near the resort. If you enjoy sunsets you can see the best one's in the world right from the Tiki Hut there by the peer. A big Thumbs-Up for The Coral Bay Resort and it's fantastic staff. See you next year!

Relaxing, beautiful, quaint, and clean property. This is not a flashy full of ammenties type of hotel, perfect for those looking to relax and spend quality time with friends, family and nature. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms updated and very clean, and the staff very friendly. The pool was very warm and clean, and the tidal pool perfect for kids to play in the water and on the beach. Boat dockage, and fishing off the pier. We will be return clients, as were about 90% of the guests there during our stay!
