We stopped here on a Friday for lunch on the way to Key West. There was no wait although the place was fairly full. Service was a little on the slow side (again, the place was nearly full) but I was in good company so it was not a big deal.
The reason we stopped here was because we saw a roadside sign that said "Best fish sandwich in the Keys" or something like that. I have to say that the sandwich was great. Fried dolphin on toast, fully dressed with lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was easily the best fish sandwich I have ever had. The fish was firm and the bread was not soggy. I will definitely stop here next time down to the Keys.
The menu looked pretty big so there should be a good mix of choices for a picky group. There were some 6 and 8 top tables so they can handle a group and there were a few families will small kids. I didn't look to see if there was a child's menu, but with the amount of choices, kids should be able to find something they like.
