“Good but not great”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

After three visits to Key West we decided to try Santiago's Bodega after reading so many great comments here on TA. Overall we enjoyed our visit but maybe our expectations were a little too high.

We ordered a pitcher of the red Sangria. Overall it was good but Grunts on Caroline makes a MUCH better Sangria. Not very fruity tasting.

Four of our six "hot" tapas were lukewarm. We had to ask our server to slow it down on bringing food out even after she told us that she would only order two at a time. We had the Bread Pudding for dessert. Wow was it great. I would suggest ordering one and splitting it.

Service was very good and friendly. Reservations are suggested as they were very busy. We would dine here again but it's not a priority.

“Always great.......”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We are fortunate to visit Key West a few times per year and Santiago's is usually our first stop. The food and atmosphere are always great. The wine list is one of the best we have seen. The tapas are always cooked to perfection. Please don't ever change~

“Outstanding!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

Our second visit to Santiago's and the food was just as wonderful. My sister and I shared the Avocado & Pear salad (which could feed 4+) and Smoked Salmon Carpaccio ... oh my!! We also tried the Flatbread special with cherry tomatoes, truffles and arugula. Everything was amazing - very generous servings, great atmosphere and the service is unbeatable. Be sure to make reservations. We'll be back!!
