“Always great.......”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We are fortunate to visit Key West a few times per year and Santiago's is usually our first stop. The food and atmosphere are always great. The wine list is one of the best we have seen. The tapas are always cooked to perfection. Please don't ever change~

“Outstanding!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

Our second visit to Santiago's and the food was just as wonderful. My sister and I shared the Avocado & Pear salad (which could feed 4+) and Smoked Salmon Carpaccio ... oh my!! We also tried the Flatbread special with cherry tomatoes, truffles and arugula. Everything was amazing - very generous servings, great atmosphere and the service is unbeatable. Be sure to make reservations. We'll be back!!

“Great tapas here, worth the wait”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2013 via mobile

We were here on a Friday night and were told the wait was 1 hour. We checked back in 30 minutes and were seated. We had the red sangria, which was decent. Then we had the special (scallops with artichoke and goat cheese purée), shrimp and chorizo, half rack of lamb, short ribs, dates, and pinchos morunos (pork tenderloin w jerk and apple chutney). All were excellent but the pinchos stole the show. The ambiance was lively and service was outstanding. (They got everything right, including a last minute customization!)
