We make this one of our traditional stops when we visit Key West. Fun bar that usually has a band playing.

If you've never been to Key West, you will want to stop by and say you've been there. Plan to have a drink but save dinner for some of the other spots in KW.
The food is ok.
We were excited to see Heinz 57 on the tables and the bar serving Rolling Rock (Pittsburgh products).

Stopped in to the Hogs Breath several times while we were in the Keys last week. Always only for drinks so I can't comment on the food. The Hogs Breath beer was nice and you should try at least one bottle. The music on the Sunday afternoon was the best and everyone was friendly, bar staff and customers.
Had to cut our visit short as our 19 year old was watching us on the web cam and texted us that the 8 bottles of beer on the table for the 4 of us looked like we were drinking toooooo much. Told the staff in a joking manner and she replied in a joking manner, " I'll clean the table more quickly next time" . Very busy at night and staff looked over worked, but worth a couple of trips during your visit

I will be the first to admit, the Hogs Breath is not a food destination. They have their good and bad days with nearly every dish. This place is first and foremost a drink bar.

I've been to Key West about 14 times. I always go to the Hog and sit at the Raw Bar every afternoon I'm there. You will meet some great people, hear some great bands and have some of the greatest conversations you will ever have in your life there.

Everytime I'm down I add another couple friends who I keep in touch with. The prices aren't horrible either as Key West goes.

So block off an afternoon and come down to the Raw Bar. I guarantee if your open to talking, you'll meet some new friends.
