The Duval Inn is in a great location of Key West, right off the main drag about a half block and in the middle of the strip. So it was quiet. We stayed for a week so stayed in three different rooms. They were all nice and clean, but the two in the main house upstairs were really nice. Breakfast is pretty lite but good. Everyday is happy hour at 5:00, which was our favorite part of the stay, Kevin the bartender is great, tells interesting stories and makes it a lot of fun! They have a nice pool. The front desk staff were nice and accomodating.
One day we rented a car and drove up to another key and went to dinner at Little Pine Island, it was a nice experience, expensive (about $300 for two) but well worth it. You take a boat out to a private island for dinner. I had checked into staying there but it would have been $13,000 for a week. We figured we would at least go to dinner there while in the area. I would reccomend it.
But back to Duvall Inn, I would stay there again, great location, clean rooms and happy hour!
