We try to like this place. We live here. It tries to be a nice bistro/bar but bad service. We love the atmosphere and location, and the duck pizza and tuna tartare are to die for. However, tuna tartare is $15 and thought it said comes with pita crisps...comes with potato chips, whaaaa? Drinks: Moscow mule very popular in a neat mug (tourists stop stealing it!!! They are sold online!) I am a member of several fine wine clubs, so one night bartender was slow and took her time letting me try 4 or 5 before settling, was super nice her boyfriend was there and a had great conversation. Next time came in 15 mins before kitchen closed, told her we wanted to order so kitchen could get started, and asked to try TWO wines because I couldn't remember which was better. She SNAPPED AT me that I needed to make a decision that "it's not that hard" and I asked if she could put our order in while I decide. She again snapped and said no not until I decide what wine. She knows we are locals...come on???? Next time same crappy treatment. Fourth time, ordered the duck pizza to go. Told would be ready in 20 mins...We arrived
45 mins later and still wasn't ready. Bartender let me pay then disappeared. 10 mins later finally went to the kitchen and queried, he said they had come out a while ago and we found them sitting in a table behind us.....getting tired of being treated like this tourist or local, but definitely should take care of your locals. If not, tourists certainly aren't going to chance it!
