i had heard how great this place was - because it made its own pasta.... so i ate there with my family. well the pasta tastes just like pasta anywhere. plus it is about 2 times more expensive. save your money and go somewhere else.

After many disturbing calls with Dennis attempting to arrange to have our rehearsal dinner at Mangia-Mangia I finally gave up… He has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with, after putting up with it for 3 phone calls I then realized…hey I’m the one paying you to have dinner there…why am I putting up with this? I hope this word gets out and action is taking to correct his management style…or lack of. If not, I don’t see how this restaurant can stay in business…

Recently had dinner at Mangia Mangia with with my wife who is Italian and is the world's best Italian chef (in my opinion). Other than the food I am served at home, Mangia Mangia is the best I have ever had. All the pastas are homemade and absolutely wonderful. Atmosphere and service is excellent. If you enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, don't miss Mangia Mangia.
We have been there a number of times in the last few years. This year was a disappointment. The bruschetta was a little bland. the duck breast pasta had a good sauce, but duck was non-existent. The bread gave Wonderbread a run for it's money! Service was adequate, but not particularly friendly.
Great atmosphere and the food was just as good. If you are looking for good food in a laid back Key West joint, this is your place. Obviously it is Italian, but it has a great Carribean twist. Worth the bill.
