Firstly...Thank you Steve and Kayla for a pleasant experience with all the personal touches.

Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, catered to the enth degree and so personal, without even a hint of claustrophobia.

Offered a beer or Wine on arrival and a SMACKINGLY good serve of Key lime pie...

Small things like the Hot tub cleaned daily, and Organic Egyptian Towels really make a huge difference...

A lot of thought and effort went into this litle set up and it REALLY SHOWS....Thanks for a great weekend....

Our stay was at the Atlantis House was fantastic.
Very close to the beach
Nice private pool within 50 feet
Great location - not in the middle of Duval, but a very short drive or bike ride away. The bikes provided by Steve and Kayla can get you anywhere you want to go in about 10 - 15 minutes of riding.
The rooms were great - we traveled with a couple staying in the adjoining room - well decorated and provided more ammenities than a regular hotel would provide. Comfortable beds, iphone docking stations, great trobpical porch to relax on.
What truly makes this place are Steve and Kayla. They recommend places to go, offer to take you where you need and are geniune people who want to ensure your trip is enjoyable.They have 18 years knowledge of Key West - they know what to do and where you should go. All the other comments about Kayla's pie are correct, it was wonderful - and I am not a big key lime fan.
The Atlantis House is definitely a place I would stay again if I make it back to Key West. We only stayed 3 days (and 1 day was rainy) so we didn't get a chance to take advantage Cap'n Steve's fishing or snorkeling trips but I would assume they are first class - everything else we experienced at Atlantis House was!

We went to Key West to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Our stay at Atlantis house has given us wonderful memories of our time there. Capt. Steve and Kayla took us on a private sunset cruise for our anniversary--complete with champagne, grapes, cheese & crackers. It was such a lovely time and so awesome to learn about the island from your own personal guides. We stayed 5 nights in the Garden Room, then 2 nights in the Master Suite. Both were wonderful, but wow, the Master Suite is huge. We loved the jacuzzi tubs. We had the continental breakfast four mornings in the beautiful garden. The food was fresh and arranged delightfully. On the other mornings, we ate in restaurants suggested by Kayla and we loved all of them. We also enjoyed a dinner in Steve and Kayla's dining room with them and the other couple staying at Atlantis. The gourmet meal was cooked by Steve and Kayla and it was great. More enjoyable than the meal was the time talking and relaxing with them. I can't think of any thing they could have done to make our stay here any better. It was amazing!!! I forgot to mention the beds--They were so comfortable and we are picky about beds.

Ever visit a place and wonder how good a time you could really have if you just had a good local buddy to tell you where to visit, where to eat, what to do, what to avoid? And then he takes you and your wife out fishing for the day to his favorite spot on the reef. Then he and his wife cook your catch, along with some lobster and of course, that pie! Throw in a spacious, cool suite with wet-bar, hot-tub and every amenity, and an incredible tropical garden with turtles, iguanas and nine kinds of palm tree. Oh, and a shady swimming pool, right next to the ocean. How about a massage?
Steve and Kayla were relaxed, friendly and supremely helpful. It was our first trip to Key West, and they made it a vacation to remember. If you want an anonymous hotel room with $8 bottles of water, go to NYC. For a real vacation, this is the place...
