i stayed here fro 2 nights and it was a very clean and enjoyable relaxing place to stay! i would highly reccomended it to future visitors. friendly staff and very close to the downtown area and beautiful beaches:]

Stayed 7 wonderful days in a deluxe king-size bed room. Check in was simple, quick and friendly. Our rate was adjusted prior to arriving as OBI was offering a "stay 2 nights and get 3rd night free" offer that was not available at the time the reservation was made. This set the tone of the stay nicely! The room and bathroom were clean and properly stocked upon arrival. Housekeeping was very good and thorough. Simple continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. Small refrig with freezer and microwave was great to have in this room for leftover and a few beers. There were nice bikes with lights and locks available on-site for rental. The Inn was quiet at night. It is a distance from the "action" however we were very grateful of this. We look forward to staying here again!

Booked a room relatively last minute (late 4/07) for a mid-May stay. Was very happy with price of room, and it was very clean. The location was perfect, as it was further away from the loud restaurants/bars on Duval Street, while it was still within walking distance of everything. Since the island is so small, walking to Sunset Pier nightly was no big deal. Loved being so close to the beach and having a small pool at the hotel. The staff was great (DJ was very friendly) and maintained the property nicely. Would definitely return.

It was a good friend's 50th Birthday and our little group wanted to do something nice, fun and not to expensive for our friend to celebrate. We decided to go to Key West for a weekend.

It was my husband's and my responsibility to book the rooms. Not an easy task to find five (5) rooms at a fairly inexpensive rate on short notice in Key West at this time of the year. I came across the Ocean Breeze Inn in Key West a renovated 1940's era motel and called to see if they had availablility. I spoke to Phillip who helped me to book the rooms. He was polite, cheerful, helpful and very patient with our different arrival dates & times. I also spoke with DJ when we needed to make a room type change and he was just as helpful and polite as Phillip.

Although the hotel was located 2 blocks East and South of the quieter end of Duval street it ended up being a blessing because we were able to get away from all the craziness and it was within walking distance and/or a short cab ride away. There were also several places to eat & a small grocery about 1 block away. The only thing lacking was an ice machine on the premises.

The rooms were perfect for our group. All rooms are non-smoking with 1 King bed, 1 queen or 1 queen & a double. They were clean and large with a bar area and bar stools, bar sink, microwave and small refigerator. Great for sitting around chit chatting & having a few drinks. The A/C units worked great, too! The rooms we booked were all around the pool area and at that time were $199/nt for the king and queen/double rooms and $179/nt for the queen only room. Phillip even gave us a discount per night because we were booking five (5) rooms.

The pool area is located in the center of the main building (10 rms around the pool) and is small only 4'10" deep but was perfect for cooling off and beach towels were provided in our rooms. There are also speakers located on the building around the pool area with music playing. The pool and pool furniture were in pretty good shape.

Each morning by the office they set up some breakfast items such as cereal, milk, juice, muffins, etc. for all the guests if they wanted.

Our friend really enjoyed his birthday as did we all and talked about getting together again. Our whole group agreed that this was one of the nicest stays and that we will definately stay at this hotel the next time we are in Key West. Please check out this property you won't be disappointed.
