This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience. Everyone was friendly, and everything was clean and attractive. I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. I expected some kind of hot food like an egg casserole. Also there was no place indoors to eat breakfast when it rained. Our room did not even have a chair.

We spent a week in June at the Angelina and had a GREAT time! I totally recommend this B&B to all. I've always loved the Bahama Village neighborhood where the Angelina is located and the location is within a short walking distance of Duval, Green Parrot, and a few doors down from Blue Heaven. Owners Kevin and Janet were so welcoming and friendly I almost felt I was staying at a friend's house! We stayed in a King room and for $119.00/nite you cannot beat the price..Room was clean and quite large too.. A basic breakfast was included with, of course, the yummy cinnamon rolls..And great coffee too. The pool was perfect for those hot June KW days.

Another glorious week in Key West at our beloved Angelina. Yes, it has all been said before, but I will reiterate: This is just the best B&B in all of Key West! Not only conveniently located within walking distance of just about anywhere you would want to go in KW, but this place just oozes ambiance! The owners and their staff are the absolute best, and this place is so lovingly cared for that you feel like you are at home from the moment you walk in. Each room is immaculately kept, and the cleanliness is far beyond what you will find in any resort.

For our 1st 3 days we stayed in Debbie, which is the "honeymoon suite" just off the pool, with its own little deck and patio furniture. We had a chance to extend our stay, but Debbie had already been booked, so we moved to Susie, which is the king suite upstairs in the old building, along the front. Because we were going to the Dry Tortugas on they day of our "move" and would be gone from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Kevin graciously moved all of our belongings for us to our new room. Now that is a great host!!

Breakfast every morning at 8:00 a.m. is a real treat! Yes, it is a typical continental style breakfast with fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast, English muffins, coffee and orange juice, but you just cannot beat their awesome home-made, fresh from the oven cinnamon rolls - wish I had their recipe!!

Towels and sunscreen are provided for your convenience next to the pool, which is a refreshing break after a hot day of walking around town or hitting the local beaches.

I just cannot say enough great things about the Angelina, and I know I am leaving things out, but for the price you pay here, you MORE than get your money's worth. This is hands-down the best bargain you will find in Key West.

The Angelina turned out to be much more than we expected. It's location a block or two from Duval Street and just around the corner from Blue Heaven (the best breakfast in Key West) was perfect for us. We stayed in a very small room with a full size bed, and no tv, but it was just right. The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept up.

We spent much of our time at the pool, which felt like it was our own. It was surrounded by lush plants and vegetation which helped create a nice and relaxing experience. The resident cats were friendly and enjoyed lazing at the pool, as well. Also provided for guests, were complimentary beach towels and sunscreen.

At one point during our stay, some unruly guests showed up (a little drunk and causing trouble). It was less than two hours and the owners had contacted the police and had them escorted off the property-they never even spent one night. Following this incident, the owners created a "happy hour" for all guests (providing their own beer and wine) to apologize for any inconvenience. I've not seen such hospitality anywhere else.

The Angelina is not for the spring break crowd, nor for families with children, which made it perfect for us and anyone else looking for a nice getaway.
