We have stayed here on four different occasions over the last year and a half and always look forward to our visits. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Frieda and Janie make you feel very welcome and special and the breakfasts are the best especially the waffles. Parking is easy and they can always provide great recommendations for places to have a great meal or an activity to enjoy.

We relaxed at La Pensione for three nights. Our group had three rooms. My room was #9 and had three sets of French doors leading to a gorgeous wrap around balcony. We enjoyed the beautiful Key West Christmas parade which runs directly in front of La Pensione from my balcony.

Cindy and Freida were absolutely amazing. Cindy made us 'love' waffles for breakfast and provided great advice on destinations, directions, restaurants and attractions. We can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and hospitality shown to us by Cindy and the team.

Cindy's brother is a fantastic musician and plays regularly on Duval Street. He's a true joy to watch.

We will definitely stay at La Pensione next time we are in Key West and plan on reserving all three upstairs balcony rooms.

We recently stayed at La Pensione for 4 nights and couldn't have felt more welcome. Cindy and Frieda were friendly and helpful. It was like visiting old friends. The building was beautiful and close to everything. We had room 4 which has 2 double beds and opened onto the pool, perfect for a late night swim and one last cocktail. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee I could easily become addicted to. I will be back,

We stayed at La Pensione 3 nights, and had a wonderful visit. Cindy and Freida were both very hospitable and helpful. We had room 7, which opens onto the shared balcony. There was still quite a bit of street noise, and they do keep the balcony lights on all night for security, but we slept quite well, and the bed was nice and firm. Breakfast was lovely, what a nice place to stay!
