Unless we learned of improvements in the rooms; specifically the quality and comfort of the mattresses we would definitely Not be returning to this property. (Springs literally poking through) and we had upgraded to a King Suite. We cannot speak enough of the unacceptable quality of the mattress. This overshadowed other points lacking the quality we expected for the price paid. Other points include: dirty grout in the bathroom, loud a/c units in the room, thin rough towels and they were stingy with them, the poorest quality toilet paper imaginable and stingy with this also...had to use tissues one day as ran out of toilet paper,we expected to be available to us at all times....coffee, tea, fruit, this type ammenity which you commonly find at chain hotels but not here...disappointing, seemingly unclean lounge chairs by the pool and oh yes, holes in the floor of our room covered by the carpet. And after checkout we happened accross two other couples who had similiar comments to ours above and they, like us, would Not be returning to this property. We're not sure why the deficiencies other than the property owners feel like they have a captive audience in the lesbian community. We would love to support a lesbian property but we felt taken advantage of in this case. To end on a positive note, the staff was Exceptional in all regards. It's a shame that the owners won't reinvest some $'s back into the property to keep guests returning.
