Overpriced drinks, $27 a night parking, not very caring staff, rooms are remodeled but really awkward. Had to stretch and see the ONLY mirror in the room and unless your 4'9" you will have to bend over. Pressure washing at 9:12 am.

So many other places in Key West to stay. We have been staying here since 1995 and this was our last.

We just finished up our trip from Key West and absolutely loved this place! When booking I saw some mixed reviews but chose to book it anyway, I am so happy I did. We loved the clean room and cheerful staff. From check in, to lost cell phones, to simple recommendations, staff was very helpful. The grounds were clean, the rooms spotless and the public areas were well maintained. We did have some early morning noises from our upstairs neighbors, but with hardwood floors that is almost expected (and who would have thought they would bring their rock collection with them)

We came in early and they told us check in was at 3, we went to return the car and on our way home (20 minutes later) our room was ready and they had us move right in. We had lost a phone with IDs and credit cards by the pool and we were relieved to find that someone had turned it in at the bar to Meghan, who got it to the front desk for us. Very courteous staff (Ivey and I missed the other gentleman's name) were very gracious and helpful.

Location was just a few steps off Duval, but away from all of the crowded bars, but still close to the quieter ones and the Southernmost Beach bar.

I will definitely keep this one on my list of places to stay in Key West as long as the prices stay reasonable. I loved the place and so did my wife.

Room Tip: We stayed on the ground floor in a suite, I do not know how the other rooms looked or were furnished...

We really enjoyed our short one night stay. Spotless clean rooms and comfortable bed. On the negative the room was very small and there was no counter or anywhere in the bathroom that you could put anything on so you had to put your toilet bag on the floor! For one night it was fine but for more than that it would have been dreadfully annoying.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful from extra towels to restaurant recommendations. It's also one of the few places you can buy a parking spot for your stay. Do it - it is the best money you will every spend. The Inn is very cute, comfortable and clean. Excellent complementary breakfast. The location is within walking distance of the beach as well as Duval Street. I would recommend it to anyone. Though 2 minor issues which are truly minor - the bathroom was tiny and they used glass blocks instead of a shower curtain so the toilet paper was always wet and the other issue was my room was near the entrance which means I heard everyone coming and going no matter the time of day or night. I'm a heavy sleeper and I was awakened a few times; however, it's Key West so it's all good.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper - choose one near the middle of the complex and not near the entrances.

Decent place to stay good location. We went with (6) couples / no kids. We are all in our late 30's. Clean property - nice people / managers etc. Rooms were very clean and mostly updated. We had the King Suite - nice room - had a separate small living room overlooking United street - Not the pool. Prices were a bit steep to be honest.

If you're looking for a quiet place for older couples I would suggest this place. Not that we were looking for a party spot if so we would have chosen the other side of Duval Street. We had a few friends in the hot tub and a small Bluetooth speaker going with tasteful music (nothing offensive trust me). We were told to turn it down and were basically "watched" by the Hotel Manager. Problem is there was two younger guys in the hot tub with us totally wasted causing all the ruckus and continued late into the night. They of course assumed they were with our group. All in all decent, clean place to stay. OH - NO ELEVATOR by the way.........all stairs......steep ones if you end up on the 2nd and or 3rd floor of the property.

The hotel has three buildings. 2 of the buildings are Guest houses while the other one also serves as lobby and dining room. The buildings are clean, quaint and have some original parts to them like Florida Pine Ceilings, Plantation shutters and beautiful decks and lanais. It is located perhaps one block from Duvall Street, 3 blocks from the southern most point. Walking Duvall Street in the opposite direction will bring you to the harbor. The sunsets are breathtaking. Would recommend the hotel. The rooms, although smallish, are clean. The shower/bath room is accommodated with Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gels, white towels and hairdryer.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with the patio by the pool

We found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. Excellent location just half a block from Duval so you are within walking distance of everything in Old Town. It's very deceiving from the outside as it does not look too big but opens up wonderfully when inside.

Our room was large and clean albeit a little devoid of surface space to put anything (bathroom is small with just a pedestal sink, shower cubicle and WC and that's it)

Hotel has 2 pools, hot tub and a large outdoor bar area. Continental breakfast was plentiful with a lady continuously refilling anything that ran out (please don't forget to tip these guys, just because they are not directly serving you, they are indirectly serving you and work as tipped employees!)

Parking is limited and $25 a day or $2 an hour on the street.

My only gripe is the A/C units in the room. They are the old style "window wall shakers" that are either on or off and when on, VERY noisy. A nice upgrade would be to the newer long thermostat controlled units that are much quieter.

All in all the hotel was good value, staff were very nice and we will certainly stay again on our next trip to KW.

Room Tip: We were in Room 512 which was large!
