“Go Crispy Duck”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2012

Crispy Duck is hard to find where we live and this was fabulous...and all for $12.95! Singapore style rice noodles were also excellent and cost even less...great Chinese, great price and pleasant ambiance...

“If you MUST eat Chinese Food in Key West....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

If you are on a short trip, why you would choose to go our for Chinese food during your stay in Key West, I have no idea. I did because it was visitor's day at my son's camp. He is up in Big Pine Key...has been away 4 weeks. His only request? Chinese Food! He loved the place. Everything was exactly as it should be...food was ok, service was nice, the restaurant was clean. The portions are obscenely large - an entree can easily feed 2 1/2. Try to order a light appetizer and one entree for two. If you are in the Keys for awhile, China Garden offers a nice, inexpensive alternative dining option...or do the take out...

“It all tasts the same”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2012 via mobile

In just about half of the chineese restaurants in the western world all the noodle entrees have the same cheap oil/soya flavour. This is one of them.
The food aint bad, but it aint good either. I guess it corresponds well to the price tag.

“A+ all around and though on the outside it may look like nothing to write about this is a great restaurant for superior Chinese”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012 via mobile

Incredibly delicious food, just as great Chinese should be- simple, fresh, comforting and served by the most eager to please and lovely Chinese maidens. We consider ourselves pretty savvy Chinese food lovers and this restaurant is a true gem. Across the street from the chic and elegant Marquesa Hotel, the outside is simple and unassuming with plenty of parking on the premises. We loved our delicious uncomplicated appetizers- the fried dumplings, spring rolls and the soups were a meal themselves. The mongolian beef entree was exquisite and were the combination dinners. The fried rice was excellent, not like the usual "mix it all in" fried rice served at most Chinese restaurants- this is a sure sign of the type of ingredients the chef is using in all the dishes and the care with which food is coooked. Even the humble egg foo yung was amazing. The menu is huge and there is even a Chinese menu. All very reasonably priced. This is a family owned and well-loved real all-around treasure away from the overpriced and overhwelming usual Key West dining establishments catering to tourists. There is a certain pride of ownership that is palpable, as if you were dining at the family's home. Warm and comforting. Try not to miss it.

“Fast delivery of great Chinese food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2012

We are visiting and had a hankering for Chinese food...and too nervous about the impending storm to out looking for dinner...so we ordered delivery. Glad we did: they were FAST (20 minutes) and cheap. The food is excellent! Fresh and they custom made a Szechwan eggplant dish for me. Enough food for 2 people for 2-3 dinners ($38). Recommend highly!
