We were booked into a studio and since we stayed there before I thought I knew what to expect. Because the resort is connected by outside walkways, it's difficult to leave the blinds open unless you want people looking in at you. The room this year was a little smaller than the one we had last year. The resort was full so we couldn't change rooms. I also thought the carpet needed a shampooing. I found the room a little moldy smelling. We repositioned two chairs and an end table to give us some more room. There was a small fridge, microwave, toaster and anything else you might need.
It seems some people who were staying here have gotten into the habit of putting towels on the lounges to reserve them. The young lady at the front desk was very happy to "unreserve" them for anyone who asked. She also made sure there was fresh coffee available at all times.
Cruise ships were in port almost all week so things could get noisy around the resort but it's location makes it so convenient to get around. Close to Mallory Square, Front Street and many of the well known bar and restaurants make this location a plus. For a nominal fee there is a shared lot where you can leave your car.
