Excellent value for the money in Key West. Friendly staff, calm location. Near the Southernmost Point. The pool was small but refreshing. Much better than I expected, and would certainly go back there.

If you're looking for a resort or spa experience this isn't your place but If you're looking for a place to sleep it's just fine. It's obviously older but very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very nice and I always felt welcome. My room was a large, one-bed efficiency with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was large and comfortable and my room was thoroughly cleaned each day. There's even a very nice pool. The location can't be beat. It's on the eastern end of the island which tends to be quieter and you're close to the southernmost point. Really my only complaint is that they don't have an ice machine and there are no ice trays for the freezer in the room. If you like to be pampered in your room look elsewhere; but if you're looking for a nice place to sleep at a good price it's great.

Cheaper than nearby places, has all the basic amenities. Very clean and conveniently located, close to Duval street and southernmost point. They have coffee 24 hrs, there is no breakfast option, we stayed for a night. Book way in advance for your Key West stay as hotels/motels become quite pricey down there. Safe to say that this was the most pricey during our new year Fl trip (close to 200 incl. Tax), but it was the cheapest option in all of Key West. They have wifi.

The place isnt fancy but it served its purpose well. It was a lot cheaper than anywhere else, was clean and had a great location. It had a very key west vibe to it. Things werent perfect but all in all it was good

Where do I begin. I took my mom here and boy, was I embarrassed about my choice! Let me bullet point my experience for easy read. I don't yelp nor write much reviews but this one is a WARNING, not reviews. Please do not stay here, you are better off camping on rocky shore.

MATTRESSES ARE AIR MATRESS! I couldn't believe it. I've never slept on air mattress in hotels.

1-dark room, no lights come in even if you open blinds despite privacy
2-they rarely answer the calls and front desk is never there unless checkout time
3-my room wasn't ready at 4pm
4-there is no ice machine nor any ammenities to speak of
5-continental breakfast, pastries days old coffee like Luke warm mud water
6- I had to ask for house cleaning after first day
7-did I mention filth? Wow, faucet over sink had black glimes so thick they peeled of in chunks when splashed w water. I couldn't even look at it
8-after so called house cleaning, mugs were not washed, toilet bowel had dark gunk stain, were not wiped, not mopped, and I can go on and on
9- expensive for this motel. Not cute bed and breakfast. I paid $220 a nite
10-worst experience ever! I travel a lot and I know what to expect

Overall, I wasn't expecting much but this goes beyong my wildest lowest expectation. I will spread my reviews on every sites to warn everyone. Stay away!!!!!!

You're not in Key West to sleep or stay in your room, so this was a cost-effective place to crash for a few hours! It's older and average, but was clean and safe and located right in the heart of the old town just a few blocks away from the "southernmost" icon marker.

No ice machine (bummer) and few amenities, but for $89 was a good choice. There is a refrigerator in the room and wifi and free parking makes this a great value.

Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. Prices charged were ridiculous. The bathroom had peeling paint on the walls. The first night, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor. I noticed the second day, my deodorant was gone ?? My travel partner mentioned when we got home a zip lock bag of her make up was gone ?? Second day there, we left at 9am and put the little card on the door to clean the room. We returned at 330 for a quick nap before dinner and the room had not been touched. Then the maid arrives and cleans the room in less than 10 minutes. All in all a very poor experience. The building is need of alot of renovations and obviously, the owners should at the bed and breakfast they own across the street.
