The hotel itself was satisfactory but we were treated rudely when we discovered a bag of souveniers was missing from our room. I don't know if the bag was inadvertently tossed out by housekeeping or if pirates looted our room but I was made to feel like I lost the bag. I realize that I could offer no proof our purchases and would have been happy with just being told that they would review the incident with the staff. Instead I was made to feel I was to blame. I am not an out of control drunk who cannot remember where she put a bag in the room. I just didn't realize I would need to lock up the souvenirs for my kids. Guess those pirate ghosts get their booty at the Southermost Hotel. Beware!
