“This is the place to stay in Key West!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2010

Beautifully located on the ocean and in walking distance to every attraction. Our room was amazing with a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and ocean. The view was spectacular! The staff and service here is absolutely impeccable. You're sure to have a great time at the pool bars with Kevin, James, Mark, Christian and John serving up your favorite beverages! They're also great sources for local info...they made our stay very enjoyable to say the least! The Cafe on the beach has a great menu and the food is all fresh, made to order and wonderful! Darlene, Kathy and the wait staff were just super! This is one place my husband and I will definitely come back to again! Miss it already!

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights!!! It was awesome!! It is located in a quiet area of town, but within walking distance of everything!! Loved the pool bar and service!! The drinks were great!! The food at the beach cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. We can't wait to go back next year!!

In short I would agree with all of the previous excellent reviews and can't say enough about how wonderful the hotel and staff are. We stayed here for the third time this August on our 25th anniversary trip. We were upgraded to the king suite (room 523) and absolutely loved it. The front desk staff is great and like others wrote Boomer was a great asset as activities director. He went out of his way to do whatever he could for us. The free wine tasting school was very enjoyable and wonderfully conducted by Cabe. We did miss seeing Rhonda (she was on vacation) at the bar but were well taken care of in her absence. Breakfast at the beachside cafe is a fantastic way to start your day and Cynthia makes it even more so. We can't wait to get back!

If you are looking for a great beach or a uncrowded place to see the sunset be sure to go to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. There is a small fee to enter but you can come and go all day. White sand and blue water!

We stayed there for 5 days to enjoy sun, sand and ocean. It was great, there are enough beds around the pool if you want to enjoy some swimming, but you can also relax at the other points of the resort with the best view over the ocean.
The service at the pool is great (best cocktails in town!) and they do a lot of activities everey day.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel. We stayed in one of the brand new suites called the "ocean front" view. The room was very beautiful and the view was spectacular. The price of the room was what we expected for a room of that nature. However, we were very shocked to find that the hotel DOES NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE. One of the things we look forward to most while on vacation was not offered at such an expensive hotel and this was very disappointing. We also wanted to have a bottle of champagne one night, so we decided to see if we could buy one from the bar. They told us we could not and that we needed to walk five blocks to the nearest liquor store to get one. Again, this is very shocking coming from a hotel that is so pricey. Overall, the hotel is very lovely and has a great view, but as far as ammenitites and accomadation to guests, not so good. I would not stay at this hotel again when there are other hotels equally if not nicer for the same price with a little bit more guest service.

only one thing to say....room 737 at Southernmost on the Beach. Everyone talks about sunset at Key West but this room offers the best view of sunrise in Key West.

Amazing view from room with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. On the opposite end of Duval street from all of the bars and nightlife so very quiet and peaceful. Great dining onsite at the hotel cafe. Good food for great price. Expensive room, but worth the money.
